All good with the Audi other than the door stopped working but that got all sorted. My husband brought from previously and they were really good. The quality of the cars stands out and the fact you don’t get any pressure from them.

The service from Essex Prestige was professional. The Mercedes I purchased is fine overall, I did have a few issues with it, but I expected that with second hand cars. I did think though the service could have been a little bit quicker.

Kelly at Essex Prestige was really helpful. I did have a few problems with the car cutting out but it’s okay for now. On top of that, on the day of purchasing the car the finance did take longer than usual.

I liked the Mercedes CLA model, I thought the exhaust tips at the front and the back looked really nice. Everything got done quickly and got done on the same day.

The Audi E-Tron I purchased has had some issues, but I've spoken to Essex Prestige, and they have ordered the parts, which is good. Naz, who I dealt with on the day, looked after me and was a good lad. So overall a 4-star, would recommend.

I'm getting on okay with the Maserati, they were as accommodating as they could be at Essex Prestige. The salesman took them through everything that we needed too and had some cups of coffee and what not. They were waiting for the brake pads to come for the car. When they did, I took it back to them, and they changed it with no problems.

Overall a great experience- the staff were friendly and it was an easy transaction. My only criticism was I was told the car had blind spot monitors and it does not. I would not have purchased the vehicle as it was a must have and I took it that it needed to he set up on the customization. Luckily the rest of the car is very hood and Im learning to live without the blind spot monitors.
