I'm enjoying the Ranger. I haven’t had any issues with the motor. There was a recall on the camera, but it was a nice, easy, quick fix. A local garage did it for me. The young lad that sold me the vehicle was really good. He very friendly and knew quite a bit about the make and the Range Rover Sport. He was really helpful with all the paperwork as well, he walked me through all the paperwork.

The Defender has been all good. I have had to get the exhaust replaced, however the dealership has agreed to refund me the costs if I send them an invoice. Naz was great, he answered all the questions I asked promptly and there were a few nice personal touches.

I would say the experience was a 4, but downgrade to 3 given the parcel shelf mishap and I raised it multiple times and they reassured me it was in the car, but it wasn't and I chased them but still hasn't been delivered

At the moment, we don’t have any issues. We are waiting for the V5C to arrive, but they have advised that it will take between 4 and 6 weeks after the purchase. Overall, my complete experience was really good, they were really helpful. Their responsiveness was excellent.

I was after something bigger and a truck, I was thinking about the Ford Ranger, however, I really like the look of the Merc X class, so I went for it instead. Cam was great. The Merc had a couple of issues before I bought it, so I had to wait a month for it to get fixed, as they didn’t want to release a car that was not perfect.

I don’t get to drive it too much, as the missus drives it hahaha! The guys at Essex Prestige were very friendly and helpful throughout the sales process. We mostly dealt with Kelly, she was great. When we had a problem with the petrol cap, they replaced it for me. We definitely rate the whole experience 5 stars, we really felt looked after.
