Purchased a Merc from Essex Prestige and the whole experience has been wicked, cant fault a thing. The car is well nice, drives like a dream. And the customer service was top notch too, Everything was sorted quickly and easily and the car was just as described, all clean and tidy too. Cant fault a single thing.

Customer service all really good, especially by Reece, he really looked after me and sorted all the finance out for me which meant I could sit back and relax throughout the whole thing. I purchased a lovely Merc from Essex Prestige, I've been having so much fun in it! I cant help not too... its the perfect car! It was presented perfectly, all in pristine condition. I've loved the buying process throughout and am so pleased that it is now mine! I've given 4/5 as there is always room for improvement 😆😆

I went down to view a A5 at Essex Prestige and fell in love with it. The car was absolutely immaculate inside and out, everything about it was spot on, couldn't fault a thing. I've had the car now for a few months and have been absolutely loving it... maybe a bit too much!! Its a fantastic car, everything I could want and more

The staff at Essex Prestige are great too, all very lovely people who are more than happy to help you. I had the car delivered which was a very easy process; very quick and stress-free. Since buying my F Type I've put some miles on it, its a dream of a car and I cannot fault how it looks and drives at all. The dealership were very good, fairly easy process, test drive was straight forward and I felt I got a good deal. The whole transaction was easy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
