Unfortunately, there was a bit of an issue with the Merc I bought from Essex Prestige. I took it back and the guys down there said that they could either resolve it for me or provide me with a full refund. I opted for the full refund and there was no questions asked, the guys were more than happy to issue that back to me and I was more than pleased with how the issue was handled. Despite now not owning the Merc, I would definitely be going back to Essex Prestige for cars in the future as their customer service is impeccable.

I am absolutely ecstatic with my new Range Rover Sport. It is precisely what I was after. I have been driving it at every chance I could get. Its comfortable, reliable and even the wife likes it which is a bonus! The customer service was brilliant, straightforward and very simple. Overall, a fantastic experience with Essex Prestige, 5/5 stars.
