I felt so welcomed at Essex Prestige when I went to view the car I was potentially buying. Everybody was kind, helpful and friendly, and I highly recommend the dealership to others. I bought a Mercedes, and its great, I'm really enjoying it, the car is lovely to drive and in great condition. I'm impressed with the service and vehicle, I would buy from Essex Prestige in the future without hesitation.

I would give 6 stars if I could. I bought a BMW 640D and I am absolutely loving it, I love everything about it. As you can imagine its fantastic to drive and really looks the part. The customer service was just brilliant. from start to finish. I would highly recommend Essex Prestige, and I would gladly buy from them again. I can't fault the car or the levels of customer service provided.

I bought a Mercedes, its brilliant, running great and looks amazing. the washer jet is blocked, but due to the distance between me and the garage, Essex Prestige have booked me in a Mercedes garage local to me, and are going to pay for it to be repaired. There was no issue for them doing this, they were helpful and accommodating. The customer service was brilliant from start to finish and even when I found an issue. I would happily buy again from here and recommend to others.

I'm really enjoying the BMW 420i I bought from Essex Prestige, its running great, looks amazing. I was left to my own devices whilst viewing the car, no pressure or hard selling, just there to answer any questions when needed. The staff were helpful and friendly enough, I would happily use again in the future.

This is the 4th or 5th car I have bought from Essex Prestige, they are brilliant people down there, they always sort us out with exactly what we want, and the price is always right. The recent purchase (Bentley Continental) is fantastic, the car is perfect, Definitely enjoying driving it. Essex prestige is my go to place for buying cars. As you can probably tell - I HIGHLY recommend the dealership. Fantastic customer service, high quality cars and great value for money.
