I have purchased two vehicles from this dealer this year. The first was a great experience everything was good and the salesman was very helpful. The second purchase was not as good I was promised that staff would do a walk around and put any minor faults right. After purchase I found that stone chips had not been repaired and various pieces of wheel arch trim were damaged. I was offered repair to the paint chipping but that would mean a period of time without the vehicle post purchase, I would possibly use the dealer again

Going to MP motors was an absolute breeze for us. We went to see a mini which was on there website which we weren't keen on but we quickly spotted one we liked in their showroom. Lee was fantastic start to finish a true professional never rushing us an explaining everything in detail. Thank you all so much, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to my friends. No pressure, helpful sales staff. Had a decent length unaccompanied test drive, which enabled us to better gauge the car. Good electronic back up. Car in immaculate condition when we picked it up.

Good first impression of Niel when I made initial enquiries. I felt confident that customer service would be as important as achieving a sale. I was not disappointed on arrival at MP motor company, Extremely courteous welcome and everything immaculate. All the information I required and bought a lovely clean little car. Average rating: Car - Excellent. Pre Sales customer service - Excellent. Post Sales customer service - poor due to not settling my existing finance on part ex car. Took 6 weeks to resolve and caused me problems with my existing finance company and now impacted my credit rating. Not happy.
