By large the Jaguar XE is ok, I’ve had to do a few things with it because as wasn't really as described. Now I've had it all checked over and rectified, so it’s good. They're supposed to give me a year's warranty with it, and I didn't get any warranty at all. They just said if anything goes wrong, just call us. I’ve had a couple of issues with the Audi A3 Cabriolet however Motortrust have been great at handling them! The cars had some issues with tracking, when I took it to a garage to get sorted the dealership offered to cover the costs. One of the lights was faulty and they’ve ordered a replacement so we’re just waiting for the light to arrive to be installed. Kirk was great, he was lovely and really nice.

We was with Ben, he was very friendly, kind and helpful. He was trying to find the best deals for us as I’m a student at uni. I went to Motortrust for as my dad works for them. I decided on the Ford Fiesta and it has been perfect!

Everything is great with the IX35, we saw the reviews for Motortrust Garstang online and decided to go for it. The issue we had with the key being stuck in the ignition was resolved however we had a couple of delays waiting on the car to be delivered back. It took about two weeks before we came to grab the car ourselves. Thomas was great during the sale and aftercare, all the communication was smooth and quick.

The experience was definitely 10/10 I had the car delivered to me, I could've set my watch by the time it arrived, and I'm just very satisfied with Skoda Yeti. I dealt with Kork who was the highlight of my entire experience. He just explained everything very well and made sure everything was seamless. Incidentally this was the first time I’ve ever brough a car. I went on to Auto Trader, looked for a car that suited my specifications, and it was on AutoTrader that Motortrust came up with the goods.

Ben we excellent, he explained everything, put me at ease and didn't push any of the packages I wasn't interested in. I took the car back with an issue because the mirrors wouldn't fold in, and he just pushed them in with his hands, we through they were electric, he was quite funny hahaha! We found Motortrust through a third-party credit broker, the overall experience was very good.

The Evoque was brilliant, I'm loving it. I dealt with Thomas he was polite and helpful. I brought a different Range Rover about two weeks earlier from a place in Blackburn, it was a lot cheaper but after two attempts of collecting it to get it home, we gave up on it. After that my son sent me this one that Motortrust was selling out of Garstang, all the people there were very friendly.

Motortrust in Garstang were great. Morgan was great, their communication was amazing and they always kept me informed with what was happening. I found the C-Class online while looking through the internet and called Motortrust regarding it and Morgan picked up. Everything went smoothly.

Motortrust has been really good, everything was really straight forward. I found the Audi A 3 on Autotrader as I was looking around because my old car failed its MOT, I was looking for something newer and nicer. Morgan was lovely, he had really good communication, kept us up to date with everything and just made the process a lot easier.

The dealer experience has been fine and so has the aftercare. Thomas was good on the day as well, the customer service as really stood out to me overall.
