Everything seems fine with my car so far, I am very happy.

We did have a little issue to begin with but the guys got it back in and got it sorted. Communication could've been slightly better ,but I think that is the same for car dealerships in general! On the sales side of things it was perfect, Jak was a lovely lad, very helpful and professional. Jak would definitely get 5 stars, but the overall experience is a 4 due to the issue in the beginning.

Everyone were absolutely A1 at nuneaton, couldn't' have asked for much more from them, definitely 5 star service! From first viewing the car to taking it away with me they were amazing, I couldn't rate them highly enough. They were very polite and not pushy at all, they asked if I wanted a service plan I said no and they moved on. They didn't hound me 50 times or anything like past experiences. I highly highly recommend Nuneaton, the car is fantastic.

I am ever so grateful for Ivan, he was such a wonderful salesman. He was more than helpful, very patient with me and explained everything so clearly.
