Was a little worried on approaching the site as not the smart looking place I was expecting. I suppose was expecting a modern dealership. With all the bells and whistles Having travelled from Lincolnshire. But my experience was straightforward simple and proficient and positive everything seemed all above board including the vehicle. Was an honest and simple procedure all the way through. Maybe offer the customer a beverage though.

Our daughter is thrilled with her new Audi. Ivan, who assisted us with the purchase, was fantastic; we were not pressured into purchasing the car and were free to make our own decisions about how to proceed. It was slightly more than we had hoped to spend on her car, but seeing the smile on her face was well worth it.

Everything is fine with my BMW, and Lilly, the salesperson who dealt with me, was awesome. A solid five-star experience.

Having owned Volkswagens in the past, I already knew how reliable they are, so when I started looking for a new car, I was set on finding another Volkswagen. I checked out a few different models, but the Crossland really ticked all my boxes. After a test drive, I was 100% certain it was the perfect choice for me. The handover process was incredibly smooth; when I arrived, the car was ready and waiting, fully prepared, and even freshly valeted, which I really appreciated.

My new Jaguar F-Pace has been an absolute joy to drive from the moment I got it! The performance is brilliant, and it comes with all the bells and whistles I was hoping for. Lewis was fantastic to work with; throughout the process, he was incredibly helpful and attentive. Even when I ran into an issue with my bank, which got me a bit frustrated, Lewis was patient and supportive, guiding me through everything with ease.

Tyler was easy to get along with and professional. Overall, a good experience!

I can't think of any reason not to give the team a 5. I've used the car daily since driving away because I use it for my commute to work and it's been great. Thanks to Ivan I had full confidence in the car because he was very knowledgeable about the Mini, and he was super helpful when showing me all of the controls.

I feel like I found an absolute gem at Nuneaton Car Sales! I managed to get a Vauxhall Crossland for a fantastic price, and with only 3,000 miles on the clock, it felt like I was driving a brand new car. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. The team was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring I was always kept up to date with delivery updates, which really added to my excitement. When the day finally came for me to collect my new car, I felt like a kid at Christmas! The Crossland exceeded all my expectations in terms of both performance and comfort.
