I think it was Tim who helped me, he was very good. I wish he ran through things a bit more with me just because I was confused about one thing, but apart from that,everything was really good. It was an easy sale, so I am happy overall.

Absolutely love it, my BMW is such a gorgeous car! I did have a little issue shortly after, but the team got that sorted for me no issues at all! Jak was lovely, really nice sales guy, who didn't apply any pressure to the sale. I have recommended a few of my friends already and wouldn't have any hesitations in going back.

Both Tony the manager, and the young gent were absolutely fantastic! Tony was a massive help during the sale, but the young man on the day of the handover, he blew me away! He sorted the car tax out for me, explained all of the paperwork clearly, showed me all the functions on the car and even set up my phone for me so it was all ready to go. He couldn't have done enough for me. As I am part of the older generation, I was very grateful that he did that for me, I cannot recommend him enough!!

Definitely a 5 star experience. I think my Zafira is absolutely wonderful. They sorted a mirror for me, and it was quick too, so I can't fault them. I will be looking or another car in the next year and I would be happy to return here again.

Delighted with the car, no problems and very happy with Nuneaton's customer service. 4.5 (because of some initial delays and disorganisation, but this was made up for by the genuine and helpful responsiveness of the staff).

I am very happy. There were no issues. The service was excellent. I couldn't fault it. I had always said I would not buy from a car dealership but after my experience with Nuneaton car sales, I will never buy privately again. In fact if I was looking for another car, I would go back to them.

Very happy with the service from Nuneaton! I would rate them 5 out of 5! I was able to put a deposit down and see the car on a Tuesday, then it was delivered on the Friday. Unfortunately I had an issue with something mechanical, so I rang on the Monday, they picked it up on the Wed and returned it on the Friday. All covered in their warranty! All staff I spoke to were helpful, knowledgeable and polite.

I have owned a Citroen before and I am used to their quirks! I have been getting on with my DS 3 well so far. The only difficulty I ran into with Nuneaton was when work was being carried out on the DS3 it wasn't ready on the agreed date but to Nuneaton's credit they did make arrangements for a replacement car during this time and I was very grateful. The team were always polite during our interactions which made dealings much easier.

I was very fond of how laid back my experience with Nuneaton was. They were dead friendly and let me take the car out for as long as I needed to get a good feel for it. When I did make the decision to buy the car Ivan made sure everything was straightforward.
