Great customer service from the team at Nuneaton! They took care of the sale of my Qashqai will courtesy and speed. I can't really think of a single tweak I would make to the experience. Everything went exactly as it should and the car has been driving well since.

I can't sing the praises of Nuneaton enough, they have been responsive and continually reassuring. There were some hidden gremlins with the car we bought and every single step of the way they have been helpful and did all they could to get it put right. We couldn't have expected anything better, they were amazing!

Team were all very polite to deal with and there was no problems while purchasing. It was all a bit last minute because I found my self needing a car on the same day and they were able to accommodate me well.

So far my 5 Series is doing well. I travelled from Scotland to buy the car and had a good experience with Matt. There were no major issues just a few minor things that we pointed out and Matt was quick to address them and he also advised me on some of the operations of the car I wanted quite sure on. Since then the car has been running well and I have only discovered one issue with the rain water gushing when I open one of the rear doors, seems like the pathway that it should run through may be blocked, so hopefully Nuneaton can give us some further advice/help with that. Other than that the car is as expected, the team are professional and clearly knowledgeable.

The T-Roc is running like a dream, I have no criticism of the car what so ever! From the way it drives to way it looks it is bang on 👌The customer service was nothing short of perfect and I look forward to doing business with you again in the future.

Was a very quick and easy purchase from Nuneaton. They delivered the car to my home and it arrived at the arranged time, my only slight grumble would be that the car did arrive a little dirty on the outside from the journey down. Other than that I have no gripes. The team were nice to be dealing with and the car has been doing very well since the purchase.

A very simple and quick purchase from a great team. The salesman who I mainly dealt with was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. He answered all me questions and reassured me regarding any concerns. I felt very comfortable and would definately recommend.

All went as you would hope for it to go when buying from Nuneaton Car Sales. There was nothing major for me to worry about, the only thing I found with the car after the purchase was a puncture in one of the tyres but its hard for me to say when the puncture was actually done so I can't complain and it was a cheap enough fix. Other thank that the car is doing well and I am happy with the purchase.
