Me and my partner went to test drive an Audi A3, the car drove perfectly and was exactly what my partner wanted, I'm a mechanic so it comes in handy when buying a car, I obviously looked over the car in detail when we test drove and other than a minor scratch on the bonnet, it was immaculate. I asked them to do a full service, and sort the scratch and I've got to give it them, they did everything I asked. I've bought cars before with a 'full service' and its never a full service, this was advertised with a full service, and it was a full service. When we got the car home I gave it another once over and cannot find a single thing to complain about. Nick was spot on he had everything prepared and ready, no waiting around no messing we was in and out with everything we needed. When I am ready to upgrade my car I will shop at Phantom first, at least we know the quality of vehicle they sell and the customer service is up to scratch too!

I've been buying cars from Cole and Craig at Phantom for 10 years +, I know them well now, they both provide the highest standard of service and care. Theres nowhere else I would buy from especially spending the money I do on cars. I've had all sorts from them on the years but my recent purchase is a Porsche 718 Cayman, its wonderful, absolutely wonderful. I pass on my recommendations frequently and always will do.

I recommend Matt at Phantom, he's very helpful, friendly and gives great customer service. The car is as he described it to me and lovely to drive. I bought my Golf and the price was very competitive for the extra's/add ons I got too, the car was freshly MOT'd and serviced, I got a warranty and all the relevant documents were ready for me. All very simple and straightforward.

Before, during and after the sale the service has been utterly brilliant, I cannot fault a single thing, super happy. My Range Rover is beautiful, a perfect example of the Sport model and such tidy condition. This is the 2nd car I've bought from Phantom over the last couple of years and I can guarantee I will be back again when I want to upgrade.

I would definitely recommend this dealership - especially Kevin who helped us with the purchase of our Land Rover... he was really helpful and found us the perfect car. The only issue we've had with the car is that someone crashed into us after only a couple of weeks.... we were devastated! Thankfully the insurance company sorted it out and its looking as good as new!
