Bought 2 cars at once, and although they were delayed, I was kept informed, and they delivered them separately on the same day, morning and evening on s Friday. The cats came with a full service and a check list which was above and beyond. Mine especially as it got new brakes and disks, which on the test drive prior the brakes were good. 3 months later and all is well. I took extra warranty out as it was worth it. I’d buy from them again, but I’d never sell my dream car they supplied. Thanks Dylan

4 I am overall happy with the car I haven't had any issues with it

This is my second car with Phantom, and they are all professional and very nice people, and they know what they are doing. But the last car I bought had scratches on the roof of the car and they did not mention this. I did send a video to Chelsea and never really got a response so that’s the only bad experience, but I did contact them today and they said they will call me back but everything else is fine very professional and I am happy with the car just the scratches definitely five stars.

Longin was fab, not one of those pushy sales guys, he was really nice. The Mercedes A-class had the spec and price I was after. I also liked the package it came with.

Matt at Phantom was very good, he gave all you need from a sales rep, very helpful. The only downfall for the reason I didn’t give them a 5 is because the communication took long regarding the tires that needed work doing and the ceramic coating.

My experience with Phantom was good, the customer service was good I was happy with it. The salesman was not pushy and left me too it too look at the cars. Five stars just a smooth process.

My experience with Phantom has been brilliant! I am dead impressed with him. I am just waiting on my look book but other than that it’s a beautiful machine it’s incredible to drive I was well impressed with everything. I had a chat with one of the bosses and that was just a personal touch it really does go a long way I just felt very comfortable. Service was just ace, chilled and relaxed. Like family! I have already recommended Phantom to other people. 10 stars if I could!
