I would rate my experience a 4 star as staff lovely and were regularly in contact through out the process making it feel easy and an enjoyable experience purchasing my new car :)

Everything from start to finish at Phantom was perfect, from the communication to helping me find the right vehicle. Originally I had chose a different one but it had gone right away, so they let me have a look around to see if I came across anything else which I did, I went to view it and had a test drive, put a deposit down and picked it up the next week, it was simple and clean! I’ve already recommended them to a friend.

I love my new Audi A1, it has been absolutely fabulous in the last few months. Everyone at Concept Car Credit was brilliant, I dealt with Longin mostly, and he was fabulous throughout the process.

She is going steady at the moment. I thought the Jaguar F-type was offered at a competitive price. There was a bit of a delay on my end, but Alistair was sound with me and got it all sorted out.

Longin at Phantom Motor Company really pulled through for me in closing the deal. The car itself exceeded all my expectations as was clearly well looked after. So 5* from me.

I love my Mercedes GLE from Phantom Motor Company, my experience was really good. They were really informative, quick with responses and answered any questions I had! I’d definitely recommend them

So far so good with my BMW 5 Series from Phantom Motor Company, Ellis who I dealt with was nice. My only issue was they told me they had no bodywork scratches on it, but it did have a few, but it doesn't matter. I’ll probably buy another one off them after I’m done with this one because they have a lot of nice cars

I was looking around for a Volkswagen CC and came across Phantom Motor Company, everything looked right with the car, I can’t complain about them at all. Turns out one of my friends cousins own the company haha, they gave me a umbrella and a bottle of prosecco at the end it was all spot on no problems at all!

Really happy with the BMW 2 Series so far. We did have a bit of a struggle with the wheels after changing them, but apart from that everything has been fine and we’ve been enjoying the car. John at Phantom Motor Company was perfect and really helped us throughout the process. He was very helpful.
