Looking for Macan Diesel ,Phantom Motors had correct spec . , Im from the Island of Lewis far up in Scotland so it was all over the Phone , They put the car through the workshop and found a couple of general issues which they sorted . Felt confident with the phone conversations with Jack the sales man . Went to pick the Macan and it was as described , super pleased . My 500mile journey back home was most enjoyable and no issues with the Macan . So many thanks to all at Phantom Motors

My experience at Phantom Motor Company was alright, Chelsea was spot on. I had to wait a while on the day, so I can't give it a 5, but the Mercedes GLA has had no problems.

I impulsively bought the BMW, since then it become my favourite thing, I love it! I saw that Phantom motor company had lots of cars on Autotrader, as soon as I saw the car in person I knew I was getting it. I had a few problem with the car I was part exchanging, but I think they handled it really well. Matt the guy I dealt with was sound didn’t egg me on to buy it straight away so it was dead smooth, I’m happy!

The R8 is going beautifully, its my favourite car, I wanted one last year but it had gone out of stock but luckily I saw it come up on Phantom motor company and was keen to get it! I'd seen Phantom quite a lot on Autotrader with a good stock of high end cars and reviews that spoke highly of them. The car was in near enough perfect shape and Matt the gentleman who looked after me, he was good, during the stage of purchasing and then, obviously, aftercare as well, getting everything sorted for the collection. Everything ran seamlessly and I'd be more than happy to go with them again!

Part ex’d my Lamborghini Urus for the BWM as I still wanted something fast and practical, I've known Chris at Phantom Motor Company since I was a young nipper, to be honest for that category of car they are the people to go to. The experience was quick and easy I took my Lamborghini down and within four hours I was driving away with a new car. Chris and Cole are cracking lads they even gave me a bottle of wine on the way out!

I haven't used many dealerships in he past and this was my first time using Phantom so i don't have much to gage but I did find that it was ran well. They had good customer care towards me answering all my questions, you could tell they knew what they were doing. Since buying the car i have noticed a few niggles with the paint work and some scratch's on the window but its a second hand car and everything else seems fine.

Overall experience was good, did take quite a while appraising my part exchange, I had to pay for tyres and for a missing under tray. When I got home had my new car checked by Audi they said I need 2 tyres and a missing under tray on new car which was disappointing but we like car.

Everything went to plan and can't fault the help and how easy everything was to get finalised. Overall delight with the car. Just very happy with how everything went and how I was dealt with was spot on.

Honestly, it was a an overall good experience buying from Phantom Motor Company, the Porsche is amazing and I love it! Amir the salesman was a great help, he explained everything and we had a lovely test drive. This was my first time buying from a dealership and even though it was super busy and there was a bit of a wait time they worked hard to get things sorted quickly. I don't think I'll be keeping this car too long, so think ill be back in about a year.
