5. Excellent vehicle purchased and Excellent customer service

Loving the Mercedes C43 car has been great, and the service was really good.

On the day of the purchase, Chelsea was really good and showed a good level of customer service, which I was happy with. I did part exchange my old Ford Fiesta, and unfortunately, I am still receiving correspondence as if I'm the owner of the vehicle, and I also had to pay and request the ownership documentation for my new Ford. As well as this, when I collected the car, it was not ready, there were a few things that needed doing. In all fairness, they did get it sorted. So I'm happy with the car and the customer service.

The Audi Q3 has been all good, we did have a few problems but this was all sorted, just I think there was a bit of miscommunication whether the car was serviced or not. I found all the staff friendly, Amir who dealt with me was good.

I dealt with Longin, he was very professional and personable he kept me updated through to the day when I arrived to collect the car, when I arrived the team were helpful and engaged. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Its my second time now buying from Phantom Motor company and everything has been fine so far. We did to get it undersealed underneath but apart from that its been fine. Longin who dealt with me was good, no problems.

It’s been brilliant with Phantom Motors! We found them to offer the best deal for the VW sirocco out of all the others we looked at so we went for them. In the process there was a bit of a mix up after the car was reported to have its MOT done however 2 of the wheels had buckled so I had some aftermarket ones which wasn’t an issue with that. Matt the salesperson was really helpful.

Amir was a very nice guy and handled the process well. I needed a car for the missis to learn in and I heard a lot of reviews which were all good, the car was clean and the top range cars they sold made it better for me.

My old car was about 12 years old so I decided to look for a new one offering a bit more comfort and decided on the Ford Puma from Phantom. I did appreciate the fact that it was a quick process, relatively easy to sort and not being sold something I didn’t want.
