I am over the moon with my GLE, it is absolutely superb! I bought the car online and found it to be one of the easiest purchases I have ever made for a car. Everything was really simple and easy , the service from the guys was fantastic! They are right up there at the top, they have been amazing to deal with!

I bought a Mazda and I just fell in love with it. I was over the moon when I bought it. I was helped and supported by the guys at Phantom throughout the whole time I spent at this dealership. The car was driving absolutely perfect until someone rear ended me a week a half ago when I was stationary... I am gutted because I really really loved the car. The service I got was absolutely 5* I cant fault. I will be using Phantom Motor Company again for my next car purchase and I will happily recommend to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Our Toyota, purchased from Phantom Motor Company is a cracking little car. No issues what so ever (touch wood). The level of customer care/service was brilliant and met out expectations at a high level. Hands down the staff were great, I bought the Juke last time from you guys and then we came back and part exchanged it and got the new Toyota CHR. Me and my wife have both said we will come back when we want a new car. Absolutely 5 stars

Since we bought the Mercedes we have been ever so pleased, its been running a dream. The customer service we received was absolutely first class, especially from Paul who was dealing with us after we found the car online and he was amazing, very informative, answered all the questions we wanted him too and he wasn't what I call your 'basic pushy salesman'. Everything that Phantom Motor Company promised they did. If/when we upgrade we will be getting in contact with Phantom hopeful we have Paul again and I will be coming to have a look around to see what is about. To everyone on the team I just want to thank you for being so helpful.

They sorted the car out with no problem for me and they always contacted me back with useful information each time I contacted them. I can't give anything other than 5 stars. This is like my 3rd time using phantom now and I will continue to use them every time I upgrade my car. I bought a Range Rover Sport this time and I went slightly older than my last car, but for me it was an upgrade from my Audi Q7. When I arrived to collect the car is was perfectly valeted, spotless and there literally wasn't a single thing to pick at. Its like a brand new car! The level of customer service I received was at high standard and its great to receive the level of customer care that you get here at this dealership. I will forever use Phantom and recommend to anyone else! Thanks guys!

At first I had reservations about the car and I nearly pulled out of the sale. Fortunately, Paul, the salesman, managed to persuade me to come down to Phantom Motor Company and take a look at the car before I made any hasty decisions. Thank god I did. As soon as I got there and saw the car I loved it. I'm so pleased I did come and take a look around. Paul was able to contain my scepticism and dealt with it really well, I just needed to trust him and I do not regret any decisions that were made down at the dealership. The staff that I came across on the day were lovely and certainly very helpful. I do recommend, and if you in doubt make sure you go and look at the car before you make any decisions!

Phantom have the most brilliant members off staff, the process was made so easy and simple, it was a breeze. I felt like I didn't really do much. Everyone around the dealership are more than friendly and helpful and most of all the level of professionalism was through the roof. I have already recommended to a friend of a friend and they went and bought a car not so long after me. I can say I would happily come back and purchase my next car from Phantom!
