Really impressed with the service and approach Phantom take. The salesman made it clear he was there for any help or questions I had, but left me to it in the show room. Not pushy, no hard selling or nagging. The staff were really sound and friendly. I felt comfortable on site, and I wasn't mis-sold or anything like that. We bought an Audi A3, we are so pleased with it. We decided on an automatic it's very nice to drive, and even nicer to look at, extremely happy with the car. He even helped sort the insurance etc out, we felt he went out of his way to make sure we are fully happy with the car and the service, and we certainly are. I would usually buy from a main dealership, I was a little apprehensive buying from an independent garage, however they exceeded my expectations. Just bought my new car from the guys at phantom which was an excellent experience. I never actually went to the garage as I live in Scotland and must admit originally was slightly apprehensive about buying without seeing the car and trading in my existing car.
