I blind bought the car from Phantom, I saw the ad online, and I really liked what I saw. When the car was delivered to me, it was EXACTLY as described and in perfect condition. Staff are friendly and helpful, really impressed.

I'm enjoying driving the Merc I bought from Phantom. My purchase was all completed online, saw the car advert, enquired and agreed the sale. The car was delivered to me, which was really handy. When it arrived, I noticed a chip on the bonnet, which I wasn't best pleased about. I contacted them, and they picked the car back up, sorted the chip and dropped it back off to me, I was impressed with the speed they did this. I would use them again, and I would recommend to others, the car is great and the service was good too.

I bought a Mercedes from Phantom motor company, I had the car a week and found an issue with it, I contacted Phantom and they arranged for me to bring the car back to them, and they fixed the issue no problem. The staff not only provided great customer service when I was buying the car, but also when it needed work afterwards. There was no issues in them taking my car back in and sorting. It was a nice experience over-all, and I would use them again in the future.

I live a long way from the dealership, the guys did everything they could to be usefull and help the deal go smoothly even delivering it to me as i couldnt get to site.

They have replaced a tyre recently for me on it, I expected this to come at a cost, but I didn't have to pay a penny. Really impressed with the service provided. I will be using Phantom again.

The service was spot on, the sales staff were brilliant. They are the best company I've dealt with in a very long time. I went to a main dealership first to buy an Audi A4, the service was awful, so it was refreshing seeing the guys at Phantom do what they could to help me as a customer and provide high levels of customer service.
