The team at this company are doing a top job! I saw the Ferrari 430 advertised on Phantoms website, so when I called up to enquire about the car I just wanted a little bit more information about it before I came down to view it. Once I was happy with the description of the car, I went to see it in person. Once I arrived, I was impressed to see that the car was as described over the phone and I went ahead and purchased it, the car has been amazing ever since and I even told the team that if they get another super car in, to keep me updated.

Other than having issues with the stop/ start on the car, it has been a joy to drive my Ranger Rover. It was Chelsea who sold me the car and she was amazing to deal with while I was at Phantoms dealership. She explained everything that needed to be explained and let me test drive the car, which was a deal breaker for me. If I was in the market for a new car, I would get another from here.

The Mrs isn't to happy with me as we had to part exchange her car in for a Mitsubish Outlander due to work purposes. However, I'm very impressed with the new car, it is in almost perfect condition for a second hand car. Kevin was brilliant and explained everything to the letter. I would 100% visit this dealership again.

What a great Seat Leon! I've had the car for a couple of months now and it has been smashing ever since the day I picked it up. When I saw the car for the first time, it was that well kept, that I knew I didn't have to take it on a test drive I just wanted to take it home. Craig made everything quick and on the same day I was driving it home. What a great team they have here!

Since driving my car home in September, it has been faultless, which is unusual for a second hand car. On the day of the sale Gary did let me test drive the car before I got it, so I suppose that helped me get a better idea of the quality.

With my car being a classic, I can't comment too much on the Mercedes Benz SL as I have only driven it 8 miles since September and that was to the petrol station and back. However, the service I received from Kevin and the team was incredible! They explained everything about the car, they made the paper work go through quickly and I can't fault them.

The Mr's was in the market for a new car but wasn't sure what she was looking for so after having a look online, she came across the BMW X4 on Phantoms website and she wanted to go to the dealership to view it. After making the trip down, she took one look at the car and fell in love with it. After shouting Longin over to ask more about the car, he explained everything and let her test drive the car. She was happy to go ahead with the car and so was I, once we got the car back home I booked it in at BMW to get it plugged in and to give it a once over on their system, which we got the all clear for. She uses it a lot and I haven't heard of any issues with the car yet so everything must be okay. The only small issue I would say I had was the additional cover I took out, as it was a lot of information that was thrown at me so I'm not 100% on what cover the car is under.

I couldn't be happier with my Golf, I'm really enjoying the drive of the car. Since purchasing it in September, it has been used pretty much every day since, so I have put a lot of miles on the car and it runs sweet. I did have to bring the car back to the dealer as there was something wrong with the radio but it was sorted within a couple of hours and it has been fine since.
