He showed me two cars that we was interested in and let us test drive them both. He also gave me his honest opinion on which car suited me better, it was cheaper than the other one so we knew that he was not just trying to sell us the most expensive car but the one that was right for us and we all agreed it was the car which was most suited for us which was reassuring. The Volvo we bought from him is amazing, it has everything we need and it drives flawlessly. We are very happy with our choice and I appreciate Longins help and advice, he is not like other dealers who are pushy or dishonest, he is respectful and helpful. I have been driving a Honda Civic and I was looking for a change. I wanted something more spacious, luxurious, and powerful. I turned up at Phantom Motors based in Wigan and I was welcomed with open arms by their sales executive Craig, we spoke a little about what car I wanted. I was shown to the Jaguar F Pace, I then took it for a test drive, fell in love with it so I had to buy it. It was that simple and easy! Very helpful, and a great service from Kevin. It really felt as though I was actually valued as a customer not something that can be said of many car dealerships. He did not use any hard selling or watch over me whilst I was deciding on what to do and let me think about things in my own time until I decided I wanted to go ahead and buy the car from him. He helped me with any information I needed or any questions I had about the car and he was always there if I needed him for anything. It was a pleasant experience and I am glad that I chose this dealership to buy my car from. My Land Rover is running well and I really enjoy the time I spend driving it.

Craig that dealt with me was such a lovely guy, he talked through everything with me and gave me lots of information about the car and did so in a concise manner, he was not like most second hand car salesmen coming across pushy with the sale and instead letting me take my time looking round the car. I'm extremely happy with how everything was handled and my VW Polo is driving well and I'm really pleased with it. I would definitely do business with these in the future and I would recommend Phantom in Wigan to my family and friends!

I am very happy overall to have dealt with Phantom, I bought a Land Rover from them and I am absolutely loving the car.
