I am fully in love with my BMW X5, me and my partner bought it between us, he had a Porsche Taycan before and I had a little Corsa, my partner still feels like it's a step up for him and I feel like its a massive step up for me we both agree we would sleep in it if we could. Alistair especially but all the staff were lovely, exceptional, can't commend them enough! I really enjoyed going to the dealership, interacting with all the staff and looking at all the nice cars. I feel like rating 10/10 still doesn't do justice to the work the staff at Phantom Motor Company do. I couldn't be happier.

All is well with my new Discovery, I am very pleased with it and haven't experienced any problems. Longin is very good at was he does and seems to take pride in the service he offers. This is my first time dealing with Phantom as a business and they have raised the bar in terms of expectations going forward,

I had some issues with a third party finance company, aside from this, the experience couldn't have been better. The Discovery I purchased is great and going without a hitch, the service was phenomenal and I would wholeheartedly come back to Phantom when the tie is right.

I could speak all day about how good Phantom Motor Company really are.. Firstly, the car, it was exceptionally well cleaned, prepared and presented. I purchased a Silver X3 and I originally wanted to look at a blue one but it was reserved, Never the less, I love the car and I haven't had any mither with it. Longin was excellent, at no point did Longin try and up sell, push or pressure me into a decision, he allowed me to take my time to look over the vehicle, assess my options. he was absolutely brilliant and very easy to get along with. the service as a whole, was excellent. From the moment I first inquired, to having a curtsy call from the after sales care team 2 months after the purchase, it's felt very welcoming and be faultless right the way through.

I am made up with my new X3, I had an S5 in the past and wanted something a little bigger, before the S5 I had a Ford Galaxy so the car has been very easy for me to get used to. Kev was professional, helpful and very nice to work with, I enjoy the car and enjoyed the whole buying process.

Two kids further down the line and the time came to get rid of the little Clio we had and find something bigger, we found a Peugeot 2008 at Phantom Motor Company which is perfect for us, big enough to fit the whole family and a lot ore suitable for day to day use. The car has been great so far, no problems so far. Kevin was really nice and easy to deal with. Overall, a really good, smooth service and an excellent car at the end of it.

Very good experience dealing with Gary from Phantom Motor Company. He was spot on, made me feel very comfortable throughout the process and has remained in contact since. There has been a little parking sensor fault, the team order a new one and have me booked in later in the week to be fix. I don't feel they could do any more for me and they took away all the stress of buying a used car.

I purchased a Vauxhall Mokka from new a few years back, it was diesel and the stress of keeping the diesel particular filter clear was too much with living in Manchester. I went used this time and took a petrol version from Phantom Motor Company the car is beautiful, very nice and not to dissimilar to my last one. There are a couple little bits which I want to look at under the warranty but nothing effecting the cars functionality. I wanted to give Chelsea a shout out, she is so lovely, very attentive and helpful throughout.

I have finally upgraded my Vauxhall Corsa and treated myself to a BMW 1 Series, the car is great, no worries at all. My Corsa was a petrol so switching up to diesel, it's a much heavier and lower revving car so this has taken a little bit of getting used to. The customer service has been sound, Brian is a great guy, very personable and knows his stuff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to friends, family and anyone after a used car.

I couldn't be happier with Phantom Motor Company, the attention before, during and after the sale has been exceptional. I purchased a VW Transporter, it has had a couple minor issues, the windows were leaking and I think because of the leaky windows, some water got into the locks of the sliding doors and this is making them pay up. I haven't highlight the lock issue yet, I am going to keep an eye on this for another week as it seems to be getting better, the windows on the other hand, I highlighted to Longin who sold me the car that there was an issue, he got me straight into the hands of the after sales care team who replaced the windows without hesitation. Both Longin and the after sales care department have been really pleasant to deal with, I am very pleased. I judge dealerships heavily on how they respond to problems and for that I would recommend Phantom Motor Company highly.
