I had a Mercedes E43 for a few years and it gave me nothing but headaches. I picked up a Jaguar F Pace and I don't think I'll ever have anything other than a Jag again! I really love my new car and although it took me a long time to get used to the size, it's a beautiful car and performs really well. The sales team at Phantom Motor Company have been amazing, I met the owner and was treated like a customer should be treated right the way through. My only qualm falls with the warranty team who I found a little rude while heading me with a minor issue I had. Even if I had the issue, if I hadn't of had to deal with the warranty team it would be 5 Star all round.

I have had a few cars from Phantom Motor Company, most recently I traded in my Urus and bought my Rolls Royce Wriath. Like the look of the car but not a fan of the large steering wheel and long bonnet. Always a pleasure dealing with Phantom Motor Company and I will more than likely be looking for something else from them soon.

Dealing with Phantom Motor Company has been a very positive experience with a few areas which could be improved. Firstly, I am really happy with our new VW Transporter, it's a lovely motor, drives really well and is perfect for what I need. The mechanism in the back door went which we replaced, I didn't even think to contact the dealership with them being so far away. Craig was really pleasant to deal with although, he was so busy it did feel like I had to chase him a little bit. He did however, make sure we were comfortable with the sale, his approach didn't feel pushy and he does seem very genuine. I think a couple extra members of staff would go along way to making the experience smoother but overall, I am very happy.

I went with my friend to help him by a new car, Chelsea was incredibly accommodating, helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure we were comfortable with the sale. So far, my friend loves the car and has had no issues.

Really happy with my new Jeep Renegade and really pleased with Kevin and the team. We have noticed a noise coming from the engine, highlighted this too the team and they are happy to help.

I have had a few Volvo's in the past and I am a big advocate of these cars. I had the V70 Estate, I actually had two of these, they are really strong, reliable cars and Volvo's reputation is well deserved. I had a Mercedes after this and decided to make a change as I am currently touring Spain and needed something bigger. The car has a slight noise which I will be getting looked at when I come back, the lads had replaced something with the suspension before the purchase and did make me aware it could make some noises while it's settling in. Overall, the experience has been a pleasant one and I am happy.

I am very happy with Phantom Motor Company, start to finish they have been really really good. I think Kevin was the main guy I was dealing with, him and all he other staff I met were exceptional. The Discovery isn't the first Land Rover I have had, I had an Evoque before which was significantly more powerful, however, the Discovery is the practical family car me, my wife, three kids and the dog all needed. All round, over the moon and would shop here again in the future.

The novelty of driving my car is still yet to wear off, I am a bit of a Ford fan boy to be honest and I did a lot of research prior to making my purchase. There is a big difference between the MK7 and MK8's and the reason I chose the latter is for the mainly the interior, I also love the shape and the different headlights, I think the car just has a much more appealing aesthetic, I didn't really heck the car much before I bought it but thoroughly looked over once I got it home and again, I am absolutely made up with it. It was as described by Craig. Really happy with Phantom Motor Company.

All good, top tier service from the lads at Phantom Motor Company. We picked up a little A Class for my wife and she adores the car so far, she says it's a really nice drive and even more so since there have been no problems so far. I will happily amend my review with a higher score, there have been some delays getting out tire inflation kit so once this is delivered, I'll update.
