Considering I have had to part ways with my BMW M4 for a more suitable family car... I can't say it was an easy decision but it was the sensible decision for the family. I went with Kia Sportage and its much more practical... There's a big difference, as you can imagine, but I am actually enjoying driving it and its a nice car to drive. I have to say Brian was brilliant, he was excellent to deal with, he did everything he could for us and ensured a smooth and simple process. I would highly recommend Phantom, and seeing the stock they have down there was super impressive... quite literally something for everybody!

When I had my twins I soon found the difficulties of having a small everyday car, I knew it was time to upgrade to a more family appropriate car with enough space for prams/car seats etc. I went with a VW Touran and its perfect for our family's needs. Its lovely and spacious, really comfortable and a huge boot space! Kevin was a dream to deal with when buying the car, he was so helpful, and really friendly. He actually suggested the Touran to us which was the perfect match!

I used Phantom's warranty for some work on my vehicle recently, it was easy to follow and once everything was approved it was quick and simple. The work was carried out in a timely manner and I had my car back in full health in no time.

I am very happy with the customer service I received at Phantom, Brian was very generous and helpful and gave me all his attention whilst in his care. I felt very looked after and I couldn't have asked for anymore from him. I purchased a new Skoda, and although the car drives very similarly to my old Skoda, this one is much more modern - its the first time I've had an electric screen and although I've managed to connect my phone to it, I'm sure there's a whole lot more I can do, I'm going to watch a video and figure everything out properly. I honestly could not be happier with my new car!! I absolutely love it, its perfect. I went to Phantom after seeing it online and Kevin was a dream to deal with. He showed me around the car in good detail, showed me how to work everything, I had lots of questions which he was happy to answer, he was absolutely brilliant! I've had the perfect experience buying my Ford Focus and will be recommending to everybody.
