Craig was brilliant from start to finish. I have had no problems with the Hyundai it runs amazingly. I am unable to find a fault with the service or the car and so I would rate them 5* and would 100% recommend these to anyone who needed to buy a car.

Kevin is a credit to Phantom Motor company. He was extremely helpful when it came to me buying the Lexus RX. I have had no issues with the car either it runs really well. Fantastic service from the rep and the garage. I would recommend Phantom to anyone.

I honestly could not have asked for better service from Longin. I took my family with me to Phantom to look around at some of the cars. Longin was brilliant with finding me a car I liked based on my budget and needs, he also made my little boy feel welcome to showing him some of the cars. Pristine garage with outstanding staff and service. I could not be happier.

Phantom have a brilliant system that is ideal for buyers, you have to book an appointment to view the cars. I find this to be ideal as when you are there you get all the attention from the sales rep rather than having to wait around. Longin was my sales rep, and he will brilliant. There was no stress or pressure to buy just a nice environment. all in all, fantastic business.

I needed a larger car and found the perfect option at Phantom Motor Company. We purchased a Vauxhall Astra and have been using it daily ever since, we have encountered a couple issues along the way although, the dealership have been proactive and are quick to help fix any issues. I would have rated 5 stars although, due to how busy the dealership was there was a wait to be seen although, as mentioned the team were very helpful once I was seen.

I am happy. Car has been very good. I would recommend to family and friends.

Ambiance, performance, efficiency and comfort.. Just a few of the countless things I love about my new car! Longin couldn't do enough for me with my new car, he talked in detail and answered all my questions. Me and my partner drive the car daily and things are going really well, we had a couple repairs which were highlighted to me at the point of sale and supposed to be completed prior to handover, there were however a few delays which resulted in us having to hand the car back, thankfully, the team at Phantom Motor Company kept us up to date and very much in the loop with where the repairs were up to. I am eager to get my car back on the road once again!
