The biggest thing for me is the constant communication and updates... I've bought cars before and been completely in the dark with the progress. The whole process was brilliant, the salesmen were really really good and very thorough. I purchased a BMW 116 and I love it, a fantastic car, thank you Reed Autos.

After buying my car I did have a an issue that I had to contact Reed Autos about, they were so helpful in sorting, I was more than happy with how they rectified. They moved quickly and got it sorted efficiently. Since this, everything ahs been completely fine with the car and I've thoroughly enjoyed getting used to it, its taken some time from my old car but I like the way it drives and handles. Shaun is a fab guy, he got everything underway for me and didnt over complicate things like usual... very straight forward.

The turnaround was great, they worked quickly to get everything sorted in next to no time. I thought the customer service was probably the best I've received to date, really impressed. The guy I was dealing with was fanatstic, he was so accommodating and flexible, he worked around me at all times, really patient and helpful. The car I purchased is lovely, runs smoothly and drives as good as new. On a whole, the whole experience was absolutely great, I'm chuffed.

A perfectly easy process to follow, it was a piece of cake. No problems at all it was a quick turn around and the staff were always on the ball. My Nissan upon arrival was clean and tidy, pristine in fact, inside and out, the presentation was spot on. I highly recommend this dealership garage to you if you are wanting to buy a new second hand car.

I have not stopped driving my new car since buying it. I have always wanted an Audi Q3, and in black so when I saw this one advertised I couldn't not buy it. It is so so so nice, such a lovely car and so smooth and comfortable to drive, its literally everything I hoped for. The process was super simple and easy, no hanging around and never any pressure applied to me. I got exactly what I wanted and couldn't be happier, thank you thank you thank you!!

I have always had bigger style cars, I had a Meriva years ago and loved it, since that I have had a Zafira and the last one was a Passat. Once the Passat started costing me money I knew it was time to be on the hunt for a new car... I wanted to go back to the Meriva as I loved it so much. I found the perfect one that ticked all the boxes with Reed Autos and I'm so totally over the moon with it. It drives perfectly, such a lovely car. So far so good I have no issues with my Golf I love driving it its exactly what I was after. The salesman was good and full of information. Unfortunately my neighbour bumped into the car a day after buying it, but its only minor damage! Ill be happy once its repaired and back to full health! If they had the car I was looking for again I would 100% buy from here.

Everything is great with my new BMW 116, the car is smooth to drive and was a great price. Its in good condition inside and out and was gleaming clean when I collected it. Friendly staff and more than happy to help me if I needed it.
