My previous car was a Ford Focus, and I wanted something similar with comparable reliability. I ended up looking at the Kuga’s but I was not too keen on the petrol engines due to the wet belts. I ended up looking around for diesels and saw one listed by Ponko on Autotrader, roughly 30 minutes from where I live. Price wise, it's reasonable with the with the condition of the car. The sales staff were very accommodating and informative. I’ve had earlier experiences with other people at other dealerships and they were quite rude and dismissive. Adam was a solid guy to deal with, he was very accommodating and supportive.

I send our kind regards to Phillip who we dealt with. I knew I was specifically looking for a Vitara and Ponco’s name came up, I rang in and they said they had 3 cars so we came up the following day. When we got there, we were very impressed with what we saw and the way we were treated.

The whole sales experience was good and everyone there was nice. There wasn’t really a lot to say.

The Mercesdes GLC has been good so far. It was a straightforward purchase with Junction 17, pretty much in and out.

BMW 4 Series

From what I could see, Ponko seemed to be a trustworthy vendor. The transparency and responsiveness impressed me most. I was also satisfied how I was able to offer a second-hand vehicle which was handled very quickly, that opportunity I believe was executed really well.

Everything has been good with the Tucson, not had any issues with it so far, touch wood. I found it on auto traded when looking around, my mother has the same car so I was familiar with it.

They were absolutely fine, perfect service, perfect site and excellent customer service. Jack explained everything to me and was very transparent, over all he was very friendly.

I had a really positive experience with Ponka, and then the Clio has been fine so far. My Brother has bought a car from them about four years ago and had a good experience, so we knew it was a good place to go to. Also having a look around other places, it just seemed that Ponko had the best the best deal.

Ponko are fairly local to me, I thought I would have a look and found a decent little Fiat 500. Communication with Ayman was great before and during the sale however I did find the communication after the sale. The staff were very nice. I mostly delt with Ayman was really good and helpful.
