The owners of this dealership are really lovely people. The owner and his son were really welcoming and friendly, and told me to pop in for a coffee anytime I'm passing which I thought was really nice.

Haydn at Ponko's a good lad - He's really sound and I'm pleased with the Ford Fiesta I bought from him. My USB ports have stopped working so I need to give him a shout when I get 5 minutes.

My husband drove just over 5 hours from Cornwall to Cambridge to buy an Audi A3 for our son and he's absolutely delighted with it. They headed up on a Saturday afternoon and the dealership was heaving. Whilst Matt provided excellent service when they eventually got seen, he was rushed off his feet, running behind schedule and had perhaps taken on too much. Having said that, they were grateful for his assistance and he gave them a great deal on a paint protection product, so he did the best he could under the circumstances.

Unfortunately our previous car got written off in an accident, so we needed to find a replacement pretty sharp-ish. We initially came across Ponko through an advert on Ebay and spotted a lovely Ford Kuga they had advertised. My wife and I loved the colour, the wheels and the general spec, so we arranged to go and see it. We visited on a Saturday with two kids in tow but the dealership were absolutely fantastic. We drove away in the car that very same day and both the wife and I are very happy with our choice, Thanks to Matt and the team for making it such an easy, enjoyable experience.

We'd been looking for a Qashqai for a while so were glad when we finally found what we'd been looking for at Ponko. I just wish it was as clean now as when we collected it haha! The sales guys were absolutely brilliant too - They let us look in peace and let us take as much time as we needed, there was never any pressure which was a refreshing change!

Easy website to negotiate. Asked a few questions via the sites text message service and was received prompt replies. Turned up on a Saturday morning and was greeted warmly. Couple of issues with the car with the wrong number plates being on and one of the tyres being damaged. Not a major problem but I feel that it's not really my place to inspect the car as the tyre issue was documented on the latest MOT. The salesman was excellent polite and communicated well me and my son who was buying the car. Finally managed to get £50 price reduction for the tyre. Could not understand why I was not allowed to pay the balance on my credit card when it was an acceptable form of payment for the deposit. All paperwork and final sale was sorted out promptly so over all a good experience.
