The Vauxhall Corsa was a second car for my partner primarily to keep the miles down. It was the best vehicle we could see for the money and mileage around the area. Jack seemed a bit nervous, but he was alright overall.

Ponko were pretty helpful. However, I have to get the alloy wheel replaced. I do think attention to detail regarding previous MOT’s would’ve made the experience better. Futhermore, i would've liked more clarity regarding the warranty's.

I got my sons first car from Ponko, and we have had no problems with it so far. They kept in touch with the emails which was really good. On top of that, Jack who sold us the car was really lovely and great. Everyone was amazing, lovely people!

I had enough of the works vehicle, so I went with my own vehicle just for my independence. There's been no problems with the Hyundai I brought, I found some of the people at the dealership to be realty nice and Kye’s service was Brilliant. He made you feel comfortable, did not put any pressure on you to buy the car.

I found Ponko online and they were quite easy. I went around for a drive with the BMW and it was all good. I have had a couple issues with the car, but this all got eventually resolved. Other than that, the good reviews made the buying experience a lot easier for me.

Least painful buying experience I’ve ever had part with! Everything was all good on the day and the people were nice. So far going reasonably well with the Ford Focus.

Very good experience with Ponko, they were welcoming with no pushy rubbish. We weren’t settled on a car initially and they had a good variety. Got a coffee whistled we waited which was nice, I would definitely go there again.

No complaints with my Audi A4. I found Ponko to be a reputable dealership which had good reviews, so it made me a lot more sure about the decision. You had plenty of time to look around and even got provided with a coffee machine haha!

Can’t fault Ponko. The guys were really helpful. I am having issues with the air con but other than that, Kai I dealt with was great.

Bought our Peugeot 3008 on the 3rd of March. I have read all the negative reviews, but regarding my experience everything was top class by Kye. Everything we mentioned that needed doing was done without questioning. We drove home and noticed that the drivers side mirror did not retract when the motor was switched off. Was told to bring the car back the following week, and was repaired whilst we waited. Also to be honest the valeting was not up to scratch, we mentioned this at the repair, was given an apology and told to bring the car back when in the vicinity. Our experience was done professionally and no pushy sales pitch from Kye. Hopefully the car gives us many happy hours of safe motoring
