This is my first car, so far the Seat Leon, it's been pretty good. I did have to make a claim under the warranty for an electronics gearbox sensor issue, but it wasn't anything to do with the engine. As soon as I put the claim in, I heard back fairly quickly and I've got an appointment booked to get it looked at. I dealt with two different people at the dealership. They were both good, although I felt the second person had more personality and a good sense of salesmanship and banter. The waiting area was really nice, and it made purchasing the car and doing the test drive a pleasant experience. It was also easy to get to from the nearby train station, which was helpful.

Enjoying the Mini immensely, I bought it back in May. It's a lot of fun to drive, and the car is in very good condition. I love the Mini brand and have had 5 Minis over my driving experience. I did have one or two setbacks at the beginning, including a door catch that wasn't quite right and a fuel cap issue, but these were dealt with under warranty. I've been invited to go back if anything isn't quite right, and with the warranty still in place, I know they'll have a look at it if needed. Bogdan was hospitable and took me around the car, pointing everything out. Ponko has a wide choice of cars, and I think good after sales support is the key. This is my second car from Ponko now. Happy with the car.

I purchased a VW Passat from Ponko. I did feel the price was slightly higher than it should have been for the car, although with the way it was negotiated, I decided to go ahead for the convenience. I’m planning to get it checked by my local garage just to make sure everything is in order, but up to now it’s been fine. In terms of service, they were good. Taking everything into account, I’d rate the experience four out of five.

I'm very happy with the Mercedes A-Class and have been getting on well with it. I just called into Ponko, had a look at the car and went on a test drive before deciding to buy it. Kye was excellent throughout my experience and was very helpful.

Phil was brilliant. He took us through everything and was very good. I actually bought two cars on the same day, one for myself and one for my sister. The only reason I marked the experience down was the pricing. I was expecting a bit more of a discount for buying two cars from the forecourt at the same time, but they weren't willing to reduce the price by very much. That was my only disappointment and the only thing I'd have improved. Apart from that, the experience was good

Golf has been pretty good overall. A couple of weeks after I bought it, the 12 volt battery needed replacing. I got it sorted myself, and because I had a warranty, Ponko contributed towards the cost, which I appreciated. Other than that, the car has been fine. The dealership was good. It was a bit busy when I visited, but it was a Sunday, so that's not something they could control. Everyone was friendly

The Vauxhall Corsa has been working quite well and it's been very comfortable, which is important as I do long journeys for work. I chose it because of the low mileage and how comfortable it was, and it's definitely been a good purchase. My experience with Ponko was all good I was able to take the car for a test drive, and everything went well. I'd recommend them to others, although they are quite far away from where we are.

Five of course I was really happy and pleased on the day i purchased. So far no issues whatsoever. Customer service was excellent mr helped me out with all my silly questions. Thanks Evaldas

The Volkswagen Scirocco has been pretty good. When I first bought it, it had a lot of issues, and I kept getting warning lights. I took the car back to Ponko three or four times, and they worked through the problems. They were quite accommodating, carried out an extensive road test, and fixed the issues. The car is all good now. The salesman definitely knew his stuff and was likeable enough from what I saw. Although the issues at the start were frustrating, the dealership was helpful in getting everything resolved.

Salesman was excellent. I contacted him with an enquiry and he got back to me within fifteen minutes. He also arranged a test drive for me on the same day, which I really appreciated. He answered all of my questions. I've already recommended Ponko.
