Service was really good! Couldn't fault James he was spot on. There was a mix up towards then end and collecting and taxing the vehicle which is why I had to knock it down to 4 but it's a 4.5 as you rectified the issue well with the offer of paying for that and a free MOT check up next year which I will be utilising. So overall a great service and James is excellent shame about the slip up but made up for it so near perfect service!

Their service is perfectly good - Anthony was also a great salesman and kept everything straightforward for me. I was shopping in the local area with a broad idea of what car I needed + the EcoSport from Ponko does all I need it to do.

Nice people at Ponko! I was comfortable and did not feel pressured. They are relatively local so I would certainly visit again.

No issues with the Golf so far, touch wood! James look after me whilst I looked at a couple of motors and test drove them. It all went quite smoothly and was exactly how I expected. They do run a very efficient operation at Ponko and keep it nice and comfortable for you; nothing is any bother.

No issues with these guys. There were a couple of problems which the lads managed to get sorted for me and I cant knock them for that. The car now does everything I need it to do and more.

There was never any pressure placed on me during my visit. It really adds to the comfort you need when purchasing a new car. Despite that, the guys were always there to help me if needed. I would definitely visit again.

No complaints from my son! His 2nd car and he loves it. The lads at Ponko are also absolutely brilliant; very courteous.

A great selection of cars at Ponko. I would definitely go back to take a look at what else they have. Their service is very good,. Kept it easy and efficient for me. Nothing was complicated.
