I found a BMW X2 for sale with Prestige Cars Kent on Autotrader so I got in touch and made a plan to head down and look at the car. When I arrived at the dealership Joseph greeted me to show me the car, I found everyone to be friendly and bubbly. Everything was straightforward with purchase and the handover was easy and in depth, I had a good understanding before leaving with the car. My X2 is still running just as sweet as the day I bought it home.

The team at PCK are speedy and thorough! I went down to buy a Renault Captur I found on Car gurus site and part exchanged my old car. This was all dealt with and completed within a couple of hours. Keith was outstanding in terms of his customer service, to be honest the whole experience was as close to perfect as you can get. I was happy with the part exchange details and felt the prices were extremely fair. I genuinely couldn't be happier with my car, thank you Keith and co!

All is good with my Discovery thank you to Davies! I had to replace the battery and book a full service but that was expected and agreed in advance so all in all very good car and good customer service. I thought the purchase/hand over was first rate so I'd give Prestige Cars Kent five stars.

The first time bought a car from prestige it was made very easy, they have great facilities and excellent customer care. I was looked after well by Luke Russell. They offer good deals and prices on service packages and extras like Williams ceramic coats. If your looking for a high end/ sports car then this is the company to buy from. Great prices on cars and they give a main dealer service/experience.
As a returning customer I spoke with Luke again he arranged for my remaining services from my package to be swapped onto my new car. The first time I used prestige it was made very easy but the SECOND time was just effortless I told Luke which car I was interested in he arranged for it to be prepared and book the test drive. Loved it straight away so told him I wanted it, paid a deposit, and the rest of the process l didn’t even have to lift a finger for 👌🏼
Can’t rate them highly enough!

I recently purchased a BMW i3 fully electric car from Prestige. From start to finish I found them friendly and efficient. All the staff were very helpful in particular Adam Highwood and Emma Atwood.

I purchased my new car with Prestige Cars Kent remotely so when I went down to collect it I was delighted to find it had been so well described online and I didn't feel mislead at all. When I did arrive to collect my car it wasn't quite ready for me to take (It's one of those things, it happens) but the team were very apologetic about this and I was well looked after during my short wait. Luke is an extremely charming gentleman and a fountain of knowledge, I cannot fault him or the rest of the team.
