The whole process was smooth and I’ve no issues with the car so far. Joshua was great, he was very straight forwards and made me feel at ease and comfortable, he made the process quite smooth to be fair. The car was fully prepared for me, the handover went mostly smooth apart from the VP. I was offered by Josh to be shown the controls for the car however im very familiar with the Kia Sportage.

The Ranger is grand. There was just one problem, the rubber mat is missing on the passenger side. The whole experience was alright, Jack was good throughout the whole process. I would have like to get a better deal in the end but I’m pretty satisfied. I found the Ford Ranger online and the color and the milage stood out to me, I need to get rid of mine because it was getting older, and it's got 100,000 miles on the clock.

I’m loving the Range Rover Evoque, I’ve taken it down to Spain recently. I wasn’t pleased initially because the car was really dirty when I got to the dealership to view it, so they had to clean it when I got there. However they were they were great after, but I just had to sit with them for a while. They phoned me fifteen minutes before I arrived as well, and it took me two hours to get there, saying, oh, your car's all ready for you. Ivan who i dealt with made everything right in the end and gave me a discount on the extra warranty because of what I went through which was nice.

Everything's going good with XC60, and the dealership experience was good too. I can't fault anything to be honest. Jack was great he was very welcoming, friendly, and very informative. I was on the Market for the Volvo XC60 and Prestige Cars in Kent had one with which ticked my boxes for mileage, age of the vehicle, and it had all the features we wanted.

The Hyundai Sante Fe is doing all good, I’ve not had any issues with the car. I have had to chase the V5C as its been a couple of weeks and it has not arrived. The staff at the dealership were good, I’ve dealt with Jess and someone else.

The whole handover process was as smooth as its gonna be I suppose, we had to wait a bit but it wasn’t an issues at all really. The car was valeted and cleaned ready for us when we arrived. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience with Prestige Cars, When I first viewed the 1 series I was offered a part exchange on my own vehicle based on some WhatsApp dialog which was lower than I expected but I get that as car dealers need to make money. When I went down to view the car it wasn’t available to see which was not ideal as I’m based in Birmingham, so it was around two and a half hours’ drive to Kent. The car was in compound, and it was in quite a state, it wasn’t cleaned or valeted so I couldn’t view it properly. It was also parked wedged in between two other cars so I couldn’t view it at a satisfactory distance or angles. After a few hours of waiting there I got the part exchange quote at the dealership, and it was too low. After a few days the sales manager reached out to me saying they were disappointed I didn’t take the car, so he offered to honor the initial trade in quote. When I came back to part exchange my car I had to sit around again while the car was getting checked over on the ramp. The person doing the checks said he found some faults with the car and wanted to reduce the trade in price, I was going to leave but in the end, they agreed to pay the initial full trade in quote. The 1 series has been pretty good to be fair, I’ve not had any issues with it.

The Range Rover is doing very well. There’s one minor issue with the center console heating up when using the wireless charger, I’m booking the car in with a garage to have a look at it shortly. Ivan was very good, the transaction was very good, everything was beautifully done. There was a delay in collecting the car as it was getting fully valeted the car. During the test drive Ivan showed me a lot of the features and controls on the car as well.
