No complaints from me because I've had my car since November and I'm getting on okay with it, In fact I love it! Alex was the salesman, and not once did I feel pressured into going ahead with the car. He was great to deal with.

I work in sales and I thought Joe was excellent, I was really impressed with his customer service throughout the process. It’s been about 10 years since I last bought a new car, and he made me feel so welcome while I was at the dealership. I was slightly hungover on the day, and Joe kept me topped up with Diet Coke to keep me going, which is great. Fantastic service.

James was very helpful in me changing my car over he went above and beyond in everything for it to be a smooth transaction and I would recommend him to help any one of you, he is probably the best one to talk to for all your car needs he really did help me go through everything.

So far everything with my Volkswagen is going fine. I've not come across any issues at the moment that I've had to make the team aware of. The only think I'm outstanding is my logbook. I was advised that Alex sent it off right away so hopefully I'll receive this soon.

I purchased a Peugeot 5008, and so far, it’s running well and has been a nice car to drive. The experience with Lewis was perfect. There was no pushiness or hard sell. Overall, I’m happy to give 5 stars for both the car and the service.

Started in 2012, Prestige Cars Kent is a family-run, independent dealership based in Orpington, Kent. We stock more than 200 prestige cars from Audi, to Rolls Royce. Each car undergoes a thorough 175-point inspection prior to sale and is supplied with a 12-month Warranty, underwritten by ourselves.
We are able to take in existing cars as part exchanges, and are able to offer finance options (we are authorised and regulated by the FCA). With a large panel of lenders, we are able to provide the best solution to meet individual circumstances.
Selling hundreds of cars a year, usually with a Service Pack, has driven demand to provide car servicing. Whilst we have delivered this for a little while now, in early 2020 we were delighted to open our dedicated car Service Centre, just down the road in Orpington. With 13 service ramps, manned by main-dealer trained technicians using the latest equipment, our aim is to provide better service than a prestige main dealer at a considerably lower cost.
