I would like to say how very knowledgeable, accommodating and low pressured Jess was and how efficient the hand over was too. I love my new car super comfortable to drive for my long journeys and very smart looking.

Since purchase the car has been all good. I went for it as it was a nice car and it was reasonably priced, it is my first car from here and my first Jag. Everything at the dealership was very good to be fair, I feel that it was the good part of buying, the person that I dealt with was really nice (James). I took it for a test drive while I was there I felt that I got long enough, I would say I am easily pleased, I would definitely be going back to them in the future. I would rate my experience a 5, they were good!

The only thing is when I did buy the car, in the boot on the side there was a part missing, it was the part that covered all the wires and that stuff, and I remember them saying they would sort it before I drove the car home. I then forgot to mention it and it hadn't been sorted. It isn't the end of the world but it would be good if I could get something for it. Everything else went smoothly it was an easy process I can't complain. It was Jess that helped me throughout. The car was all valetted and cleaned. I would still give them a 5 out of 5 rating.

I found everything okay with the car, Frazer was perfect I can't complain, he was very informative, very helpful and very enthusiastic. I would give him a 5 stars!

All of the buying process was done over the phone, and the car was all as described as delivered. Ever since it was delivered, it has been running well, as far as I am aware.

Previously I had a Seat Ibiza which broke down, so I upgraded to a BMW 3 Series. I've definitely noticed the difference. In regard to the buying process at the dealership, the service was good, the people were good, I went out for a test drive, went back into the office, did the deal and drove away.

Everything has been fine with the Range Rover so far, although it's early days for Range Rovers. I've had them previously, and they always have silly things that go wrong. My experience at Prestige was good, no problems whatsoever, just a slight lapse in communication with the sales team and service team, but still a solid 4 star.
