Absolutely wonderful first impression of Prestige Cars Kent, they were such a great bunch of people and were really pleasant to purchase from. The transaction was really simple and straight forward and was very much hassle free. It didn't take long at all to complete and I was soon driving away in my car. I have already recommended Harry from Prestige Cars to a few colleagues of mine, he was a superb help from the get go.

I am really enjoying the Mercedes that me and my husband recently purchased. The car itself is absolutely lovely, it is really comfortable to drive and convenient, everything is where it should be and more then enough space inside the car. Its been reliable and has not caused any issues up to now, it seems like a all round top car! The customer service was fantastic from Harry, he was really friendly and gave us lot of knowledge about the car. I had a really lovely experience when recently buying my Tesla from Prestige Cars in Kent. I was dealing with Adam who in a fountain of knowledge, there wasn't a question he couldn't answer. Nothing was too much trouble and everything I requested they got sorted so overall, a really positive experience. I would highly recommend, and will definitely be using these again when I am after my next vehicle.

I originally went to PCK for a Mercedes, the car is beautiful, however, after a week of driving the car I realised that it was too fast for me, far too fast, I didn't feel I could handle the car as well as I'd like to. Feeling apprehensive I contacted Harry who I dealt with and explained the situation... Harry and the team were so understanding and I feel they wanted to get me in a different car more suited to my needs. I had a nosey around the stock and liked the look of a BMW that had a smaller engine. PCK were absolutely brilliant and more than happy to do the swap for me. I honestly can't thank everybody enough, a prime example of how dealerships should sell cars... I happily pass my recommendations to anybody thinking of buying a car here, DO IT!
