Everything absolutely spot on with my CLA, I've loved getting used to the car and what it can do 👀 Really enjoyable and fun! Bas was a top man, such a great guy to deal with. Everything is perfect with my GLA Mercedes a very nice car and so clean and tidy when collecting it. I love driving the car and even when I'm ready for a new car I think I will always stick with this model now. Perfect car and perfect service from Leanne.

Happy to recommend Leanne at Prestige Cars, she looked after me extremely well and was never too far to reach. She returned all calls and emails very quickly and was able to answer all my questions about the car and the deal. I'm extremely happy with the Mercedes A Class I purchased, and can't fault the drive of it. I get bored easy with cars, I've had 5 cars in the last year, I have cars for a few months and change them up. I usually deal with main dealer directly, but this time I felt very let down. I went to Land Rover and left a £1000 deposit on a Range Rover, I went back to finalise and collect to find out it had been sold from underneath me that morning... I was so upset with the dealership, I got my deposit back and walked away. I went back online and found another Range Rover with Prestige Cars Kent and when speaking to Robert, nothing was too much trouble, he was great. I wouldn't even class this garage as a 'second-hand' dealership, the cars are absolutely pristine, immaculate inside and out and the showroom has such a professional and prestige feel to it. I will 100% be back to see Robert in a few months when I want to change again.

He showed me the car with no notice at all, and allowed a test drive to determine whether I wanted it or not. All my many questions were answered well and in detail. The whole thing was turned around in a matter of days, it was great dealing with the guys at Prestige Cars Kent. I have since upgraded features on the car and really personalised it to suit me. The car was incredibly clean and tidy upon collection and it's in the garage being cleaned every week to maintain the condition. Overall, I couldn't be happier, thanks Adam and team.

I hate buying cars, it's my least favourite thing to do. I hate the environment, the stress and I can't stand pushy sales people. She ensured the stages were explained to me, everything was straight forward and stress-free. No breathing down my neck, no awkwardness and I even paid less than the onscreen price.
