I am absolutely over the moon with my new Discovery Sport! I knew I wanted this car, and I found 2 with 2 different dealerships. There was only a very small difference in price, and the spec was very similar. I called the other dealership and straight away I did not like the way I was spoken too, the salesman was rude and rushing me, no hello how are you, just very blunt. I called Prestige Cars Kent and I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Harry. Harry was incredible welcoming, polite and friendly when I spoke to him. He put the decision in my hands, and told me if I have any questions what so ever to fire away. He asked about my criteria to understand the best car for me, he listened and took everything in when we was talking, he made me feel very valued. Harry was brilliant, not pushy, very honest and straight forward, I'm so grateful for him and his knowledge. I'm using the Discovery daily and its absolutely fantastic, its such a brilliant car, I'm honestly over the moon with it. When Harry was talking through my requirements and criteria, I mentioned that the car needed to be suitable for a 2 year old i.e. car seat friendly, 5 doors ,accessible, large boot etc. When I collected the car Harry had put a teddy bear in there for my little boy and I just thought that was really sweet and caring. I will 100% purchase here again and I will recommend to anybody looking for a new car with the best possible customer service. Started in 2012, Prestige Cars Kent is a family-run, independent dealership based in Orpington, Kent. We stock more than 200 prestige cars from Audi, to Rolls Royce. Each car undergoes a thorough 175-point inspection prior to sale and is supplied with a 12-month Warranty, underwritten by ourselves.
We are able to take in existing cars as part exchanges, and are able to offer finance options (we are authorised and regulated by the FCA). With a large panel of lenders, we are able to provide the best solution to meet individual circumstances.
Selling hundreds of cars a year, usually with a Service Pack, has driven demand to provide car servicing. Whilst we have delivered this for a little while now, in early 2020 we were delighted to open our dedicated car Service Centre, just down the road in Orpington. With 13 service ramps, manned by main-dealer trained technicians using the latest equipment, our aim is to provide better service than a prestige main dealer at a considerably lower cost.
