The experience of buying a car on-line was pretty painless because of the professional service offered by Luke Russell in Sales. He guided me through the various steps and process and stressed my rights etc which was reassuring, having never made such a large purchase on-line before.

I am absolutely over the moon with my new Discovery Sport! I knew I wanted this car, and I found 2 with 2 different dealerships. There was only a very small difference in price, and the spec was very similar. I called the other dealership and straight away I did not like the way I was spoken too, the salesman was rude and rushing me, no hello how are you, just very blunt. I called Prestige Cars Kent and I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Harry. Harry was incredible welcoming, polite and friendly when I spoke to him. He put the decision in my hands, and told me if I have any questions what so ever to fire away. He asked about my criteria to understand the best car for me, he listened and took everything in when we was talking, he made me feel very valued. Harry was brilliant, not pushy, very honest and straight forward, I'm so grateful for him and his knowledge. I'm using the Discovery daily and its absolutely fantastic, its such a brilliant car, I'm honestly over the moon with it. When Harry was talking through my requirements and criteria, I mentioned that the car needed to be suitable for a 2 year old i.e. car seat friendly, 5 doors ,accessible, large boot etc. When I collected the car Harry had put a teddy bear in there for my little boy and I just thought that was really sweet and caring. I will 100% purchase here again and I will recommend to anybody looking for a new car with the best possible customer service. Lovely experience buying a car through Prestige cars kent. Most of the communication was done over the phone and email with Harry, who was a great help and took the time to read through all the paperwork with me before signing to make sure i was happy and understood everything.
