It was such a simple and easy process buying my Mercedes from Prestige Cars Kent. The guy who I dealt with (I think his name was Amandeep) was a very nice guy and took very good care of me throughout. I would have no hesitations in returning to this dealership.

I haven't had a single issue with my C-Class it is absolutely spot on! I first saw the car online and really liked the look of it. After having a test drive and a good look over the car I was more than happy to proceed with the purchase. The customer service was great the entire time I was down at the dealership, couldn't have asked for better.

My husband and I are very experienced car buying customers, we like to change out car quite often so have lots of experiences to compare against and Prestige Cars Kent are one of the best in our book! The customer service was AMAZING! We found some minor niggles with the Q7 and mention it to Oshane. The car was collected the following day and they started working on it immediately! Absolutely outstanding, what more could you want!? Without a doubt our next car will be from here too! Evan if they don't have what we want in stock we would want them to source for us.

Of the top of my head I don't think there is anything Prestige cars Kent could have done to improve my experience with them. The M4 is a great car and the customer service was fab. I would recommend.

Prestige Cars Kent is a customer focused car dealer, there is nothing they could have done to improve the very impressive experience I had with them. The customer service was really good on a whole and Oshane was very knowledgeable and helpful. All aspects were well in hand so my part in the purchase was easy. Started in 2012, Prestige Cars Kent is a family-run, independent dealership based in Orpington, Kent. We stock more than 200 prestige cars from Audi, to Rolls Royce. Each car undergoes a thorough 175-point inspection prior to sale and is supplied with a 12-month Warranty, underwritten by ourselves.
We are able to take in existing cars as part exchanges, and are able to offer finance options (we are authorised and regulated by the FCA). With a large panel of lenders, we are able to provide the best solution to meet individual circumstances.
Selling hundreds of cars a year, usually with a Service Pack, has driven demand to provide car servicing. Whilst we have delivered this for a little while now, in early 2020 we were delighted to open our dedicated car Service Centre, just down the road in Orpington. With 13 service ramps, manned by main-dealer trained technicians using the latest equipment, our aim is to provide better service than a prestige main dealer at a considerably lower cost.
