The purchase of my Kia Sportage was surprisingly quick and easy! Jasvinder took care of everything really efficiently and thoroughly so all I had to do was enjoy my new car! Since the purchase I am happy to report the car has given me no trouble!

First things first - I have been getting on so well with my new car, it is everything I hoped for and more! It was a brilliant process buying the car and Laura was exceptionally helpful! I was in and out in a flash ✨

I would rate my car buying experience with V12 Sports and Classics five stars! The team were all helpful and friendly enough, I mostly dealt with Balraj who made me feel comfortable through out. Other than the DPF filter needing to be changed I have had no problems with the car.

So overall I would say really great service here! The team are all really helpful and Mohammed was such a nice guy! He even offered to pick me up from the car rental place which was really thoughtful. My only gripe would be the confusion around the finance and additional fees. Other than that I am happy and have had no problems with the 5 Series.

Do you know what it was a really enjoyable experience buying my C-Class from V12, Josh made sure that everything was taken care of efficiently so from my point of view as the customer everything was really easy and there really wasn't too much that I needed to do! The C-Class has been absolutely lovely for me so far, no complaints!

Sam down at the Witham branch is absolutely wonderful! She looked after me very well and was incredibly helpful. I am very much enjoying my Golf, I have owned it for the best part of a month and it is lovely to drive.

I haven't driven my F-Pace all that much yet but other than it being a little thirstier on fuel than I imagined it is driving well. I encountered no problems with the customer service and would rate five stars overall.

In all honesty I have been getting on really well with the 4 Series and I really like it. It is a very nice car to drive while simultaneously being a very practical family hatch back. On the whole things went very smoothly while buying the car, I dealt with a chap called Alex who was polite and professional throughout.
