I am really pleased with my Velar and I can't shake a stick at the help I got while I was down at the dealership having a look. There was no pressure but there was a team member on hand to answer any questions which was very helpful. No complaints from me what so ever! Five stars!

The car is great and so was the service 10/10! The team was amazing very helpful and full of energy I couldn't keep up at some point, very lively atmosphere.

I would most definitely return to V12, they are very customer focused and efficient, I felt well looked after from start to finish. The staff are very professional and bent over backwards to help. I felt I got a really good deal on my Lexus too. No issues since I bought the car, it is running very well.

I bought my last car from V12 and the previous experience I had with them left a good impression that it would have been daft not to return. Second time round was just as good, there were some familiar faces and some new ones too. I dealt with Chris and he was very courteous and helped us a lot through out. We made a big switch from our last car to a Range Rover and other than it being bigger on the fuel we are very pleased with it.

The Audi A1 I bought from V12 is a lovely change from my last car, much nicer to drive on the whole and much more modern tech on the inside! I was very pleased with the customer service side of the purchase, the team were brilliant and Michael took good care of me throughout. I haven't used V12 before but I would use them again.

Everything was so smooth and simple buying my Vauxhall here. The staff were all so helpful, despite how busy they all were, they took the time to make sure I was seen to and had all the information and answers I needed to make a decision. I absolutely love the car, it's been perfect since buying, I wouldn't think twice about buying here again.

I love my new Passat, it's so nice inside and was super clean when I arrived to get it. Everybody was really friendly and made me feel welcome there. I have already recommended V12 to my friends, I was highly impressed with the experience I had!

He was so so helpful and displayed excellent communication, he was on the ball from the get go! I had no complaints whatsoever, when I picked the car up it was spotless, it looked great. Very easy purchase with V12 in Nelson. The guys were all great and really helpful, the Hyundai is a quality car. Very happy with everything, no complaints in the slightest. Would be happy shopping with V12 again, thanks for a great experience.
