The salesman gave me all the information over the phone and booked an appointment. When I got there everybody was super helpful and friendly and went that extra mile to make a smooth buying process. Very happy with my BMW the interior looks almost new and the car drives like a dream. The environment it's self was very easing and welcoming, a great bunch of people at V12. Absolutely made up with the car and cant fault the staff.
