I recently purchased a outlander from V12, it is a really lovely car and I am happy with it overall but with it being my first hybrid it is taking some getting used to 🙊 As for the customer service side of things, that was great, they had the car ready for me when they said they would and communicated with me throughout each stage, I highly recommend this dealership.

There is no doubt in my mind that I would use V12 again, they were fabulous. The process from start to finish was smooth and efficient. My S-Max is just what I was looking for. So far it has been a really reliable car for me (touch wood!)

I have been looking on the market for a Volvo XC60 for a little while after my research showed them to rank very high on reviews for reliability. The one I found at V12 was in great condition and of a high spec. The staff were helpful in the process of buying the car and always provided any information I requested. Since making the purchase I haven't regretted my decision once, the car is everything I had hoped it would be and more.

I really couldn't have asked for much more from V12, they were all welcoming upon my arrival and informative throughout the sale. I am very pleased with my Jaguar E-Pace, it is brilliant.

My wife and I decided it was time for us to downsize (car wise) we don't need a big car or 5 doors anymore, now that the kids are fully grown its just necessary. I am not close to the V12 branch in Leicester but I had a car from one of the other branches in the past and was very pleased with how everything went the sale went so I didn't hesitate to purchase with this company again. I did the majority of my purchase remotely, this was such a well planned out service that they offer. Before I put my name on the dotted line myself and my wife travelled down to the dealership to view the car. The was presented beautifully and the salespeople were well mannered. The Citroen DS 3 we bought has been fantastic, I have been raving about it to all my friends. My last car did about 40 miles to the gallon where as this car does 80! We are both very pleased! Thank you to everyone who we dealt with during the sale.
