The guys down at the Nelson branch have always been fab every time I've been down there. I am always made to feel really welcome and well listened to. I am enjoying my A Class so far! It is a really nice car, I am very pleased with my choice.

The team at v12 were really nice, everyone was very helpful towards me. I am so pleased with my Range Rover Evoque, it is a lovely car. I have wanted one for a little while now so I'm so happy I've finally got my dream car.

Went to V12 spots and classics in Hinckley and bought an Audi A3 from Patryk.

My BMW i3 is brilliant! I am very familiar with electric cars as I drive them often for work, so it felt like the time was right for me to purchase one of my own and so far it fits like a glove. Everyone who I came into contact with at V12 provided me with excellent customer service, I was really well looked after and it felt like I was in a well ran establishment. No hesitation in returning or recommending.

I have visited a couple of V12's branches while I was searching for my next car and found all the bases to be quite consistent in their standard of practice and quality of cars. I ended up at the Wolverhampton branch where I found a car that matched my criteria. The purchase itself went through very smoothly and in good time. My experience with V12 sports and classics went exactly as it should, the sale process was quick and the team were well prepared and helpful. My V60 has been perfect to be honest. No complaints from me! Happy days!

I am really happy with my Vauxhall Mokka. It has been really nice to drive while I've been getting used to it. It's not doing too bad on petrol either, which is what we like given the current state of things. V12 in Newcastle are fantastic, they took great care of me during the sale and as much as I liked the guys I don't think I'll have any need to speak to them soon due to how well my Mokka is doing. I will definitely be back to V12 in Newcastle when I am finally ready to upgrade my Mokka.

No issues to report with my 1 Series, it is a lovely car and I am very happy with it. The staff at the dealership are helpful and friendly. I was very eager to get going in my new car straight away, I was a little impatient, so if I could say anything for improvement it would be that the process could be a tiny bit quicker so I could get on the road in my new car even quicker!
