I was on the hunt for a new car and needed something reliable and low maintenance, I preferably wanted something with low mileage as I knew Id be adding a lot to it. I needed to use the car for work which involved a lot of motorway driving. I found a car with V12 ticking all the boxes and pretty good price for its age and low mileage. The car looked in nice condition online but when I went to see it I was taken back it was spotless! I am chuffed with the car its great, its doing what it needs to perfectly, no complaints whatsoever.

Helpful, friendly, quick, approachable, responsive, polite, courteous are some of the words I would use to describe the staff. I arrived to collect my BMW and there was no messing, it was ready for when they said. They did a quick yet detailed handover and I was on my way! I would recommend V12's dealerships.

This dealership made me feel at ease and confident in buying the car, I always had updates on the progress and my calls and emails always returned back. My car is a Vauxhall Astra and it was a good price, its a nice car and spacious for the family. 5 stars for the dealership and 5 stars for the car.

Very lovely new car, I found it online and then went to view it, I took it away that day, such a quick and simple purchase. I dropped my old car with them and got a good amount of money off the new car. The easiest purchase I highly recommend!

I purchased a very nice Jag XF here and its unbelievable a really beautiful example of these cars. Its a nice smooth and sleek drive and ever so comfortable, its a very good car. Lovely staff at the dealership very friendly, I would be happy to shop here again later on in the future.

From my initial query via Autotrader, their call back, arranging a test drive, the finance and the collection of my car there was no stress. No hard sale of other products available, the car is immaculate inside and out and I couldn't be happier. I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a used car goes to see Chris and co first. Everyone was so helpful while I was buying my Hyundai Tucson, it made my car buying experience so much more enjoyable and easy! Its a daunting process so it was nice to feel at ease. The dealership itself is a really nice environment, and very upmarket, its clean and tidy and well organised. My Tucson has been brill ever since I bought it home, its lovely and spacious and handles very well. I'm so pleased with it I will keep this for a fair few years now but when I am looking to upgrade again, I will certainly be back to V12.
