I originally visited V12 at their branch in Nelson and then went to the branch in Newcastle for the car I wanted. I received Five star service while getting my 1 series in Newcastle. Everyone there was really nice. Everything in my car feels so shiny and new I love it 😍

Really pleased with my Mondeo, it drives well and is in tip top condition. When I bought it home I noticed that I didn't have the floor matts but I contacted the guys at the dealership and they got them sent straight out to me. Happy days! I will be seeing the guys at V12 in the future for my next car.

I am a returning customer of V12, I have purchased three cars with them over the years. Always happy with the service I receive and the cars I've had over the years have been great. My most recent purchase is a Gran Scenic and its a fantastic. As per the customer service was excellent, highly recommend.

I recently upgraded for a Discovery and its absolutely perfect for me, its the first Discovery I've owned but I am loving it, the size is ideal for popping the dogs in the back to get them out for a walk. My main point of contact at the dealership was Alex and he couldn't do enough for me, top lad! After the purchase I noticed the aircon needed re-gassing so I contacted Alex and nothing was a problem at all. I called them on a Sunday and the next day my car was in, sorted and back to me I CANNOT fault the service I received. I will always use V12 moving forward to buy cars. If your think of buying a Discovery, DO IT I highly recommend!

Really good buying experience at the Witham branch of V12 Sports. Thrilled with my Mercedes E-Class, it was sold to me in great condition for a fantastic price. No issues with the salespeople - they were all pleasant to speak with, took good care of me during the sale and was happy to explain everything in great detail.

I visited the Newcastle branch recently to buy a new car and the guys there were all very helpful. The dealership showroom is nice and clean and well organised. Nice quick sale with no hassle. No uncertainty as to whether I would return. Thank you very much.
