I am really enjoying my 1 Series, I am starting to get to grips to everything within the car now (controls etc). Everything honestly went perfectly when making the purchase, I couldn't have wanted anything more from the team. Top scores across the board.

A very smooth transaction and the car was ready for me in good time. I would recommend BVG for many reasons including the polite, friendly and helpful team! They were on hand to answer any of my questions and I never felt any pressure. The car has been spot on since the purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

It was a pleasure to do business with BVG Automotive! I mainly dealt with a gentleman call Shah and he took care of me throughout the process. Buying the car went without a hitch. I am over the moon with my purchase (Skoda Karoq) I am really enjoying driving it.

Overall I would say that my experience with BVG Automotive was a very positive one the only reason I am rating them four stars and not five is because I feel like the process took a little longer than anticipated. That being said everyone was very polite to deal with and I was made to feel comfortable throughout.

The customer service here is great! I bought a Mercedes back in February and everything went really smoothly. There were a few marks on the bodywork that I had noticed and they got these out for me before I collected the car. The car was also beautifully clean, I was very impressed.

Bought a mazda 6 from the awsome guys at BVG. There was a slight front knock, I contacted them and i was immediately invited back for repair with a courtesy car. Nothing is too much trouble. I am so glad I visited BVG. Keep it up.
