I have no problems with BVG or the car they supplied to me! The Swift is just as it was advertised and there is nothing that would improve my experience. Raf showed me round the car and completed all the relevant paperwork online for me.

Everything is fine with the Outlander and I would rate 4* overall. The only negative was the log book took a long time to come to me as I wanted to change my number plate.

I recently purchased an Audi A1 and found the whole process very customer friendly. There was no pushy sales, aloud me as much time to look around the car, engine. Test drive was arranged and when I finally purchased the vehicle all paper work was sorted out. Would def look to purchase from here again in the future

Brought the car online after seeing it. Communication with the dealer was good. Dealer sent a long video of the car to ensure I was happy with it. And delivery was arranged. Only moan would be momentum warranties at times aggressive approach to try and purchase extended warranty.

My Kuga is perfect, its got no faults and gets me from a to b. The car is just as described and I am very happy I came to this dealership! They were very busy but I was never left hanging, there was someone on hand who would come and check in with me regularly. The customer service in general was just on point! I would definately recommend to my friends.

My experience at BVG was absolutely fantastic! They couldn't have been more helpful, I was in a bit a tricky situation waiting for my insurance to pay out and it was taking longer than it should have but they kept hold of the car for me until everything cleared. They had so many nice cars there to choose from and they were all presented immaculately! I am so pleased with the Hyundai I bought and would happily return.

So far so good with my Jaguar! Size wise it is very similar to my last car so it has been an easy transition on that front but it is my first Jaguar so I am very much enjoying getting used to the features inside and how luxurious it feels 😍 Rob was brilliant to deal with and made sure the car was ready for me on time. So a big thank you to him!
