It is a nice change to have a car that I don't have to worry about breaking down every 5 minutes. I came across BVG by mistake, I was looking for finance, and they could do it for £100 cheaper. They contacted me, and from that moment, they went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble for Jay or Dom they weren't pushy like other dealerships, and they gave you space. I'd definitely buy from them again and would give them 5 out of 5 without a doubt.

Really lovely people, great service. I would like to add a follow-up to my previous review on their outstanding service. Shortly after purchase, I had a technical issue with an O2 sensor. I contacted Mike in Aftersales, and I have to say the level of support was phenomenal. Mike was incredibly professional and reasonable; he took the lead in negotiating with the warranty provider to ensure the car was fixed with a genuine part. It’s easy for a garage to be nice on the day of the sale, but you see a company’s true colors when there’s a problem to solve. Mike and the BVG team really stood by the car and the customer. Highly recommended for their fantastic care day of, and afterwards!

I came across BVG on Auto Trader whilst looking for a BMW. I wasn't sure which model but went with the BMW 4 Series in the end. It has been good other than a few wear and tear issues. I did feel that it was a bit pushy on the day, although they did answer quickly to the initial interest.
