Great helpful staff looking to go the extra mile for customers

I have had a few issues with the Kia Sportage which BVG gave their best in attempt to resolve the issues. I appreciated how they wanted to ensure I was happy and the car was okay before I left.

It’s my first hybrid car so I’m just getting used to it and it’s been good so far. It was the friendliness and willingness to ask any questions which I thought was obliging. It all went smoothly in the end. I do feel like they could more helpful when it comes to sorting out the tax which I believe would make it an easier process.

They certainly have a professional outfit at BVG. I suppose the price was right; could’ve been better. I did experience an issue regarding one of the tires on the Mercedes, however. I am quite pleased with my purchase overall.

The Audi Q3 has been fine. When we arrived at the dealership, there were a few imperfections, but the dealership reduced the price, which was great. I would most likely buy from them again in the future.

Everyone was friendly at the dealership, and the experience as a whole was good, and the Range Rover I bought has been alright.

Bought a Mercedes from BVG and it’s a nice car with no problems with it. The experience around the purchase was a bit stressful, but that wasn’t down to the dealership. It was an issue with my bank, I ended up cancelling it and paying by card instead. Then the original payment went through as well, so I’d effectively paid twice. contacted the dealership once I realised, and they transferred the money back straight away on the Monday, which I couldn’t fault. I just wanted to highlight their honesty, which I really appreciated.

Purchased an Audi from here, Shah the sales person was extremely busy and left me to it to look around the car and test drive. I noticed a problem with the front brake and after agreeing to get it rectified we agreed on a price and the deal was done.

Shah did a really good walk around of the car over FaceTime, he was very informative and kept us posted throughout the entire process. He then arranged for the delivery of the car from Bury to Glasgow. When the car was delivered, it was exactly as described and has been running perfectly.
