My partner and I are both very happy with our new vehicle from Concept Car Credit. The repayments are within our budget and we go the car we wanted. The buying process at Concept is very smooth and efficient, we did not have to wait long for the vehicle at all. When it was delivered it was lovely and clean, looks like the valeters had paid attention to detail to the car, it was as good as new.

I would rate Concept Car Credit 5 out of 5! I had a great experience with them, the team kept in touch with me throughout the whole process, all communications were clear. I love the Qashqai I bought it is a great size car, a little bit bigger than what I am used to but that is what I was wanting and I am getting used to it nice and quickly!

Concept could you PLEASE get yourself a branch closer to Derby! Otherwise I'm going to be up and down that motor way for the rest of my days because I don't want to buy another car from anyone else in the future!! There have been no dramas with my 1 Series and the customer service is spot on 👌 I cannot fault them... other than their location 😜 but I'll try my best to come to terms with it. Thank you Concept.
