I wasn't 100% sold on my Fiesta but its so affordable to run how can I not have warmed to it!? And I am happy with the deal I got from Concept Car Credit too. Everyone down at Concept is fantastic and I still cannot believe how quickly I was able to get my new car. I'd say from start to finish it took 2 days and that was absolutely everything done and dusted! As I have already recommended Concept it would have to be full marks from me. I fully intend on having my next car from you in a few years time.

One word... wow. I was so excited and happy with Concept Car Credit I even recommended to my bestfriend. These guys went above and beyond, went the extra mile and bent over backwards for me here. Let me explain... So I initially purchased the Nissan Juke but there was a few minor issues and they said I could take it to a close by garage and get the warranty work completed, however the guys instead came to Bolton to exchange the car for a Nissan Qashqai instead and took the old car back with them. They even brought the car to my home, these guys are the best! I am literally so in love with the Nissan, its beautiful everyway I just adore it. The guys here couldn't of done more for me even if they tried. Any issues I had, best believe they solved them all. If Concept don't have magicians working for them I would be shocked. I will always use Concept from now on and I cant recommend enough. Get yourself down to the dealership for your new car!

Concept Car Credit and staff really bent over backwards to accommodate me, a lot of credit to the dealership and the guy dealing with me I'm sorry that I cant remember the name but he was absolutely amazing. I cant stress enough how fantastic he was from the moment I walked through the door. These guys deserve nothing but full marks for what they did for me. I am in love with the car. The Golf is rapid as well I love how nippy it is. Speedy car like this speedy service.

I was really happy with everything at Concept car credit! The guys around the dealership were sound, didn't put a foot out of line. The Hyundai IX35 was looking real nice on arrival, it was so clean and so tidy! It was looking very presentable, I took one look and I knew I wanted it. I was pleased I was able to test drive the car, that's when I 10000% knew I would be taking this car home! I was also shocked that there was no hard sell or any of them kind of tac tics but from start to finished these lads were lovely.

My 3 Series is doing well and looking very smart now that I've had the alloys done 😍 Its a lovely car to drive, feels like its brand new. Customer service at Concept was very good in my experience. The team members I dealt with were all sound. I have already recommended concept to a few of my mates.

I would give Concept five stars to be honest with you, the team have done good. They did look after me and stuff. I was pleased I could get the car that I wanted in the first place, which was a Mokka. Yeah overall I am well happy.

I was over the moon with the BMW I purchased, I was loving it. I was literally on top of the world until I crashed the car 2 days later!! Unfortunately I don't have the car anymore but I just wanted to say how brilliant the customer service that I received was. The guys really did go the extra mile and made sure everything was sorted out for me.

I bought a Nissan Qashqai from Concept Car Credit back in August and to this day the car is still spot on! I am very pleased with my purchase and the team couldn't have been more helpful! I would return to Concept for another car to be honest with you because the whole thing was so simple.
