Driving home from Concept I had a tyre blow out on the motorway so I rang concept and explained my situation. They got someone out straight away and collected me and the car, they took it back to their garage and got a new tyre on within the hour. I was highly impressed with how everything was handled and am glad that they were so courteous in helping me out. Ever since then, my car has been as smooth as silk, I am very very happy and would definitely recommend to others!

I test drove the car and it was a wonderful drive taken at my own pace, it's not very often you don't get a pushy and rushy salesman but here at Concept I was made to feel at home and comfortable. I am absolutely satisfied with my experience it was great. I'm struggling to remember the guys name but I think it was Richard and he was brilliant. We did it over the phone as I didn't go to concept car credit but the guy was amazing with us over email. My wife was working nights at the time so we was back and forwards but the replies were quick and he never left us wondering. Concept really helped me out as I changed my mind on what car I wanted a fair few times and each time they were accommodating and very patient. I felt like it was in their best interest to make sure I got the car I wanted and that is the level of customer care you get here which I why I would come back and recommend!
