I bought my car from Concept Car Credit and I had a good experience. I received brilliant customer service when buying my BMW 1 Series. I did the process over the phone and it was pretty efficient and quick. I was happy with how responsive the guys were over email and the phone, I didn't have to wait long for a reply at all. I got the car through a finance company and they give me a selection of what I could finance, which was nice to be able to have a choice. I really recommend Concept!

The team here are lovely and so helpful! I was a bit apprehensive going through the process but there was no need for me to be, everything was handled well. I have a car that I absolutely love and enjoy driving so I would like to say a big thank you to concept.

My car is driving amazingly, I am very happy with the car and I am very happy with the customer service. From start to finish the staff here at Concept Car Credit were brilliant with me. The showed a very good level of customer care everybody was friendly and very helpful. One thing that made my mind up about which car I wanted was the tax, its so cheap only £20 per month! Around the time I was checking the clean air zone stuff etc and I think my car falls into the bracket of where you don't have to pay to go into the zones. The whole process was speedy and straightforward! They let me test drive the car and get the feel for it, I didn't this with no pressure it was at my own leisure which was appreciated. 100% recommend.

My expectations were met during my time at this dealership, they always have been. I have used Concept now roughly about 4 times I think and every time they haven't failed to impress me so that's why I am a returning customer. I would happily use again based on my last experience. I'm really enjoying driving the new car and I must say when I was viewing the car it was lovely and clean.
