The customer service from the team was so good everyone was so helpful and made it really smooth sailing. The car hasn't broke down yet so I have no complaints! I will happily be going again!!

Buying my car was easier than I ever thought it would be, it was quick, easy, simple and efficient. Every question i had was answered, and I didn't feel rushed or pressured into the sale which was nice! My car is lovely to drive I am so so happy with it. My cars have always been, for lack of a better word, a bag of nails! I never thought I would be able to have such a nice car... enter Concept! I thought it was going to be a difficult process but it was so simple and easy, beyond belief! The staff members I dealt with were polite and helpful. So far all is going well, I have done lots of miles in my car and even fitted a tow bar to pull a little trailer to and from my allotment. My daughter is on the look for a new car and we are planning on heading back down to have a look for her.

I don't have a single bad thing to say about concept, the salesman showed me around the car, explained everything clearly and I have to say the car was presented so well, I don't think I have ever seen a cleaner car! It's still shining now 😍

Great range of cars to chose from and something to suit everybody. Different price ranges from first cars to prestige cars. I picked a Mokka and I absolutely love it, its been such a reliable decent car and I've loved getting used to it. I've figured everything out now and Im used to the way it drives, its so much better than anything I've ever driven before. Thanks Concept, love my Mokka!
