So this is my first car buying experience with Concept Car Credit and it was very good! I was given all the relevant information about my car and the process. I was kept well up to date throughout. I would absolutely use Concept again.

While buying my car with Concept I dealt with the lovely Laura and she couldn't have been more helpful. All the paperwork was dealt with efficiently and I was well informed throughout. My car has been very good to me so far and I have no complaints.

I bought my car from Concept earlier this year in June and I am confident in saying that there have been no problems with it! As for the customer service I received that was very good and the process was nice and easy 😊

My experience with Concept Car Credit was great from start to finish! I couldn't fault the company and everyone was amazing. I would give them TEN STARS if I could. The car is a god send. Overall it is safe to say that I am a happy customer.

It is so good to finally have a reliable car! After having trouble with my past two cars, I am over the moon with how this one is going. It is in fantastic condition and was a lovely price as well. I cannot complain about any past of the sale, it was simple, straight foward, and efficient. I will definitely be recommending to others!

I love my car so so much, it is driving perfectly and looks great as well! The sales agent was lovely, and very knowledgeable of all the cars. He advised me on which one would suit me best and was just a great help all round. I'd happily recommend to my friends, it was a very good buy!

Great purchase from the Concept car team. I would highly recommend them for your next car purchase. I came to view a Focus and left with it the same morning. It was a very good price considering its lovely condition and mileage. The staff were excellent and the process was smooth. Very simple transaction.

The customer service from the team was so good everyone was so helpful and made it really smooth sailing. The car hasn't broke down yet so I have no complaints! I will happily be going again!!

Buying my car was easier than I ever thought it would be, it was quick, easy, simple and efficient. Every question i had was answered, and I didn't feel rushed or pressured into the sale which was nice! My car is lovely to drive I am so so happy with it.
