By far the best car I've ever purchased and the most straight forward process ever. Everybody was really nice and friendly and made me feel at ease. It wasn't over complicated and they didnt apply pressure on me to buy the car. Everything was explained well and the car functions were explained in detail. I had a Clio before hand so the Fiesta is very different to drive, it feels smoother and less bulky I love driving the Fiesta. I highly recommend Concept and will be using them again in the future.

The soundest guys here they proper looked after me and sorted me out. I got a car and within a couple of days the engine management was on... I went back and concept offered a full refund, a fix or a straight swap.. I swapped it for a BMW 118 and over the moon with it. They made it easy to swap and didnt make me feel awkward about it, proper sound. I'm chuffed with this bemmer especially in this weather. I've got a week off now so I'm going to be using it loads and making the most out of the sunshine! I always recommend concept to everyone and will always use them when needing a new motor.
