I went to concept to buy my other half a new car I did the purchase and dealt with the company on her behalf. They were great very helpful and polite. I bought her a relatively new car (15 plate) and she's really happy. She loves it. She did have a few issues with the car with the clutch but concept got it sorted the cutch did cause some further damage to the car but everything was sorted and now it drives like a dream. I can't not rate 5 stars as they were so helpful and friendly and they got everything sorted for me straight away when there was a problem.

I love my Astra, it has been driving perfectly! 😍 I have gotten used to it in no time at all. The team at Concept are very friendly and helpful, I can't fault them.

I would use Concept again in the future because it was a very fast buying procedure, there was no back and forth just streamline to the end.

I recently purchased an Audi A1 with concept and the guy who I dealt with there was really good, he talked me through the sale really clearly and he went out of his way to help me with my insurance too. I love my new car, it feels like a proper grown up car, if I ever want to change it I will come back to Concept.

Kieran at Concept is brilliant, he pushed our sale through really quickly, before we knew it we were driving off in our new Mokka. Its a great sized little SUV pretty perfect for what we needed, overall we are really chuffed with it and would recommend both the car and the dealership.

I had a few niggles with my Insginia when I purchased it but Concept got it straight back in and it is 100 times better now, runs like a dream. This was the first time I used Concept so I was really impressed with the service provided when I did want to have those things looked at. Everyone was friendly and helpful at the point of sale too. I am finding my Ford Mondeo to be a really versatile car, its size makes it perfect for family trips, we can pack loads into the back. It is also running really well. I can't remember the name of the salesperson who we dealt with but I have no complaints, he was great.

I visited concept for the first time earlier this year in March and I really can't knock them. The customer service I got was lovely, everyone was really friendly. I am thoroughly enjoying driving my Ibiza, its been top notch since buying and I will definitely consider returning in the future for my next car.

My only gripe is that concept aren't closer to me other than that they are perfect! Everything is going well with my Corsa - as they say; so far, so good. When I went to view the car I found it be as described online and I was happy with the condition. Id have given concept 5 stars but I knocked a bit of a star off for being so far away 😜

I felt really looked after at Concept, I had no way of getting down to the dealership to collect my new car so they arranged a taxi for me. How helpful is that? Sometimes its all the little things that add up to make a really great experience. I will happily always recommend the services from Concept.
