Quality customer service from Jamie, I simply can not fault him! He was always available via phone and email and returned any emails or calls within half an hour or so. I went for a Ford Focus and when I went to collect it. it was really clean and tidy. Everything was ready for me when I went to collect a nice and simple process. Highly recommend concept car credit.

Concept were the third company we approached when looking to buy my next car and they outshine the others by a mile! I was well looked after by Kieran and the rest of the team at the dealership. I am already planning on returning in two years time to upgrade our car, I honestly can't see myself going anywhere else in the future. Really loving my Qashqai, it is amazing to drive! I was a bit concerned about sizing up (coming from a much smaller car) but the higher road position actually makes it so much easier to drive. I will pass on your recommendations to everybody!

They are really decent blokes at Concept Car Credit, Jordan let me test drive a few cars that I was choosing between to get a feel for them and decide which is best for me. We felt really well looked after and as though we had plenty of opportunity to ask questions and understand the car and the finance deal. We really appreciated the aftersales service we received too... we were contacted to check how everything was going with the car since the purchase, this really put our minds a ease knowing there was such a friendly after sales service available if ever we needed it.

I visited Concept in Manchester telling myself I was just going to window shop but I saw a Kia Ceed that I fell in love with! The price was bang on budget for me and the guys at the dealership made the process so easy I couldn't say no! I'm still so surprised at myself for such an impulsive purchase but I don't regret it! The car is perfect, in really great condition and I met some of the nicest sales staff I've ever met down here, I will see you all again in a couple of years when I'm finally ready to upgrade this beauty of a car!

They are great down at Concept! Never been before buying this Mazda but we would use them again for another car in the future for sure. Really nice people to deal with. The Mazda is really nice we've enjoyed getting used to it and figuring everything out.

Through no fault of my own I ended up in a bad accident with my previous car and it was written off. I found myself without a car all of a sudden, I returned to concept where I originally bought the car from and they were very helpful in getting me back on the road as soon as possible. I decided on an Audi this time and I am really pleased with it, its such a nice car! I really appreciate the speedy service I received, thank you everybody at Concept!
