Absolutely fantastic service provided by Michael, a great chap and knew his stuff when it came to cars. He gave me plenty of time to look around the car, and test drive it which was great. Moving onto the Civic, its perfect! It drives so well and is incredible on the roads, I don't think I've ever had this much fun driving a car before, it is so quick! Would highly recommend the car and dealership.

My Audi A3 has been so reliable and is so nice to drive. This model has a great spec and was in a very good condition for a second hand car. I was quite impressed with their service and the staff were very knowledgeable of the cars. It was nice to feel valued as a customer, sometimes this lacks in the bigger dealerships. I would highly recommend these to others.

Concept are at the top of their game when it comes to service and aftersales. They are a great garage to deal with and are so willing to help even if you do have an issue. I did come across a slight problem days after the purchase, gave them a quick call, and Laura was more than willing to help. She got the car booked in straight away, she gave me frequent updates, and let me know how many days they would need it for repairs. It was nice to have the updates as often with garages, you are just left in the dark, so I really appreciated it. Ever since then I've had no issues what so ever, and will definitely be retuning again when a change is needed.

Firstly, I would like to say that their service was impeccable, they were a great bunch of people, and you can tell that they truly value every customer that walks through the door. They're accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and everything you would want a dealership to be. Now, moving onto the reason I'm here.... the car. I couldn't have asked for a better vehicle to purchase, the Ibiza is a dream to drive, it is so comfortable, and is very nippy compared to my last. The valet that was given to the car was brilliant as well, I am just so chuffed with these guys that I could write about them forever.
