Laura was amazing, one of the best sales staff I've ever dealt with. She was so friendly and informative. She basically got everything sorted for me and I just signed the dotted line. This is not my first purchase from Concept, and it will definitely not be the last! I was recommended by my dad aaagess ago, so I am quite familiar with the way Concept work. They are a very reliable garage, and I've never been disappointed. All the staff there are so helpful, and they personalise the experience to suit you best. They are such a great garage to deal with, and I think that's why they've had my family's custom for so long!

My Peugeot definitely does the job of getting me from A to B. It is a great little addition and very reliable. I can't fault the guys one bit either, they were so helpful and knowledgeable of the car, able to answer all my questions and explain everything in detail. My daughter love my new car, so much that I think we will be back soon to get her her own, she keeps stealing mine!!

First off I would like to say that we will definitely be back! My wife is that impressed with my choice of the Kia Ceed, that she is always wanting to be the driver now (which I can't complain about 😂). She says its one of the best cars she's ever drove, so I couldn't be happier! I must say she isn't wrong though, I went to collect it and it was a nice drive home and very comfortable. The team were helpful, very down to earth and friendly. I have already recommended them to friends, and my wife has told the whole of Facebook, so everybody is aware of how happy we are 😂.

The Sales person described the car exactly as it was and there was no surprises when I arrived, it was in the condition they said - perfect, and low mileage... it looked brand new to be honest. The whole experience here is very friendly and easy. The cars are very very good value.
