Really Happy with the customer service from concept car. Everything was spot on from the guys at the dealership and the car is perfect. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

I had been looking for a new car for a while, I’ve now had my baby for nearly 3 months. I love it, Jamie phoned me and helped me pick out the car, I knew I’d like the ceed as I’d been told they are nice to drive. I’ve had absolutely no problems so far. And I couldn’t be happier with the choice I made. Jamie didn’t pressure me into buying anything it was great customer service and when I went to pick the vehicle up it was spotless and it was a quick change over. I live in Leicestershire so I had good 120 or so miles to make sure the car was in great condition.

Very straight forward and simple, no waiting around, I went to collect my new car and I was in and out. I didn't have any problems what so ever with Concept given the circumstances of lockdown when I bought it they organised it well and all went swimmingly.

A quick and easy purchase, no messing about and no bother from salesman, they were all very good. Informative and helpful when needed, not over doing it. Bought a lovely motor, dead happy with it, its a great little car. I went to Manchester to collect it, it was all ready and everything was sorted prior, was on site for about 10/15 minutes and everything was done, in and out, quick and easy - I like this style of trading and because of that I will buy here again.
